1. She babies Ven. Constantly. Of course she would "care" about him more. She knows Terra is perfectly capable of taking care of himself.

 

2. And yet almost every single time they meet, she either babies him or tells him to go home.

 

3. Do you really think anyone in their right mind would leave a frozen defenseless child alone against someone who wants to kill him? It's common sense right there.
