This RP tells about two friends who decide to become mangaka. Their dream is to become big mangakas for shonen Jump, but they must survive from high school same time.

Bio: Allen has always been intrested on manga and it has been long time dream to be mangaka, but school and home is getting on its way pretty hard. Allen isn't even good drawer so it would be hard anyway, so he is looking for someone with drawing skills to make his dreams come true.

Why wants to be mangaka: Loves manga lot and wants to do manga by himself to others who like it.

Bio: Ada is new to reading manga but was completely interested in it from her first book. She loves to draw out characters but is never able to come up with any good stories for them. She doesn't really have her heart set on it but she thinks it would be fun to be mangaka.

Allen walked to art class listening music and thinking his newest story. He went inside the class and started to draw, but couldn't do anything good which really would have been good for story and everything just sucked in his opnion. Many people had told to Allen, that he should become writer, but Allen wanted to do manga, but his drawing skills weren't enough. "Agh! At this rate I'm not gonna never become to mangaka" Allen thought and went to look for other persons drawings, but almost no one wasn't on drawing manga. Then he saw one very good manga style drawing. "This isn't bad, whose is this? Ada?" Allen went to Ada right away, and said: "Hey Ada, wouldn't you have a sec, I something to discuss with you"

Ada was always in class early, this particular morning she was lazily sketching in her note pad when she heard her name." Huh?" She looked up to see Allen standing over her. " Oh hello there!" She said cheerfully, " Uh ok, whats going on?" She asked hoping her brother hadn;t gotten in trouble again. She stopped working on her sketch and closed her notebook. She looked at the clock, there were about 10 minutes till class start, Alright I have time.., She thought to herself looking back at Allen, I don't remember talking to this guy before. I think I've seen him around school though.

Allen found it kinda hard to talk with Ada since he really didn't even knew her. "Err, this may come little bit fast , but I have seen your drawings and I think that they are very good. I want to become mangaka one day, but my own drawings suck so I thought if you would be intrested to try draw for me little bit?" Allen asked and tried to keep straight face. Allen heard that someone called him, but didn't care about it since he wanted to finish his talking with Ada first. "So what you think, can you give it try?"

Ada looked at her sketch book for a moment then back at Allen. " Ya sure, it couldbe fun!" Ada said smiling again. Wow nobody ever told me my drawings are good like that before..., Ada thought then glanced at the clock. Class was about to start. " Do you have an idea for a story or what the characters shoul look like? I f you do i could probably draw them out this weekend." Ada said remembering it was friday. This week just seemed to fly by. Ada re-opened her sketch book and continued to work on her latest drawing of a young boy.

Allen were surprised and happy when he heard that Ada wanted to try to draw for him. "Great! I have many ideas: I have one scifi fantasia based idea and some real life based ideas aswell, wouldn't you give try to draw something scifi fantasy style characters, main character, villain and some other common characters." Allen said and looked at his watch and went headed to his next class. "How about if you meet me after school?" Allen asked and left. "Finally this is first step for me to proceed closer to my dream"

Ada nodded and flipped to a new page in her sketch book. Scifi huh?, She thought as she twirled her pencil trying to decide what to draw. She started with a basic character to details. She started adding things to each of the different characters as she drew three. She gave one a tail, another horns, the last one she added what looked like kind of a crown on their head and claws on their hands. She jumped as the bell rang and quickly put her book away. I'll think about it later. She decided and looked around the classroom.

Allen felt himself exhausted in class and didn't really listen the teacher and just waited ending of class. "Okay you can go now" Teacher said and Allen thought: "Finally I couldn't have lasted even one minute more of that" Allen went to outside of school building and went to sit on rock under the trees. Allen looked in story he had wrote in writing contest some months ago and got second place. It told about man who was transfered to year 3175 from 2008, he learned about newest technology and used it to fight alongside his friends against big organization which almost destroyed world with their plan using energy of world to grow to kings of world. Allen thought that story itself was pretty good, but he must to turn it to manga. "Well Ada comes in that point, just when is she planning to come?" Allen asked from himself.

Ada quickly packed up her bag and ran outside the school builindg she looked around for a minute and spotted Allen. Ada waved and walked over to him. " Hello." She said cheerfully looking down at him. She hugged her sketch book close to her then opened it. " You know those fantasy characters you wanted? She asked quickly flipping through the pages then found the page she wanted and smiled. " See?" She handed the book to Allen which had a picture of two characters both with purple tinted skin and long white hair. They had long tails with small spikes the on the end. " You didn't give me much toog by so i ended up with this." She said.

Allen took look on drawings and said: "These are pretty good, I thought that we could try to use one of my old stories for manga, here" Allen gave pile of papers to Ada. Allen watched other drawings for the curiosity and saw boy who had been drew recently and said: "I think this could make main character since he comes to future from year 2008 so he should look human, and some other main characters could look normal humans too, but these are good" Allen looked at black haired guy with horns. "This could be evil character, I had character like this on my story so we could use this too." Allen raised up and said: "I live outside of school dorminity in small house, we could work this up there, don't you think?"

Ada nodded trying to keep up with what the guy was saying." Ya sure!" She said as she shifted her bag to her other shoulder. " So you really like my drawings?" She asked, Ada had never really shown anyone her art before, not many people she knew were into anime style drawing. She started to looked through the pile of papers Allen had handed to her. " Wow this is so cool..." She breathed already sucked into the story. She was already forming idea in her head of what to draw. I can't believe I'm really doing this! She thought exitedly.

"Yeah I think these are pretty good, why would I asked you to draw in first place if you wouldn't be good at drawing." Allen said and were to leave. "Can I borrow your sketch book if I find more of characters we could use. You could also take my story and take better look at it, then we can start tomorrow after school. What do you think?" Allen said and took sketch book with him and headed back home. When he arrived home he straight away to look more of drawings. "This drawing style is really something, some people may dislike it since its not too much of mainstream but drawings looks good and my story isn't for anyone to read either, but manga is good if 2/10 people lile it " Allen thought and after some more watching he went to bed. "Tomorrow gonna be my first big step towards my dream" Allen said before he fell asleep."

" Uh..." She couldn't say anything before he was gone. She shrugged and walked home. She opened the door to her house and ducked before the vase the was thrown hit her. " What in the world..." She mummbled looking into the other room then ducked again as another object was thrown. " Mom! What are you doing?" She asked taking away her next weapon, the lamp. She sent her mother back upstairs to bed and started to clean up the mess. She found a letter that was probably the cause for her mother's anger. To summerize it was about the injury her mother got from work. According to her doctor she wouldn't be able to work again. Ada crumpled up the paper and threw it into the trash. " We will be fine." She said before sitting down to look at Allen's stories.

Allen left to school little bit earlier than normally and didn't go to school by his normal way, Allen went by Ada's house hoping if she would come. Allen went to knock door and woman came to open it. "What do you want?" She asked and Allen answered: "I'm Ada's friend, I thought if she would come school with me." Woman gave Allen narrow look and said: "I don't need anybody like you to hang up with my daughter, it must be you who was responsible about Ada not coming home early yesterday, now: GET OUT!" Woman slammed door in front of Allen and Allen said: "Well that was offensive" and walked to school.

" Mom what are you doing out of bed?" She yelled from upstairs. " You haven't taken your pill yet please come back up here!" Adapleaded waiting at the stairs. Her mother scratched her head suddenlt forgetting what she had been doing. " Now please." Ada said tapping her foot, at this rate she would be late to school. Her mother slowly made her way up the stairs and into her bedroom. " Ok by mom i'll be back after school." She half sighed picking up her bag and Allen's stories. She walked out of the door and began to wonder who her mother was yelling at, she hoped it wasn't someone from the bank.

Allen noticed Ada coming on his direction and first started to go to Ada's direction ,but then Allen thought: "Oh, but I got funny idea" Allen went to alley and waited Ada to go past him and then Allen went from behind and putting his hand on Ada's mouth and saying with low tone: "I caught you, little brat..." "No just joking, good morning" Allen said and gave sketch book to Ada and said: "Wouldn't you have this weekend to work on first chapter with me, or does you have anything more important at home?"

Ada jumpedin suprise at Allen's attack. " Don't sneak up on people like that." She said jokingly taking her sketch book. She took a second to recollect herself as she was jurked from her thoughts about home. " Umm I'd have to check up on my mom er i mean with my mom every so often but ya this weekend works." Ada said smiling " Oh! You probably want your story back." She said slightly embarrassed and handed him the stack of papers. She quickly unzipped her backpack shoving her book inside.

Allen took papers inside his bag and saw book inside Ada's backpack, but didn't make too much commonition although he was intrested to know what it was and then said: "Your life sure is complicated, no offense, but its just different from my life: my mother lives with my cousins in Italy and I don't have any relatives living close so I don't have problems with things like that, haven't really thought ever that my life was so carefree." Allen noticed how they were already in front of school and said: "I got math now, gotta go or teacher chews me!" Allen went to class, but didn't bother to listen teacher or anyone else in class, he just wanted to start making manga and thought story to be more suitable on manga, not so novel like story telling style. "I really can't wait"

Ada looked at Allen a little suprised as he left. Complicated? She wondered thinking back to what she had said. I don't think I said anything complicated....., Ada shrugged off the thought and walked to class. It was boring as usual but she managed to get her work done so she would have more time to work on the manga. She had to admit she was pretty exited she had never drawn for anyone before. After school Ada checked her phone from a text from her mom. As usual she had one from lunch she missed. Ada always made her tell her what she was having for lunch, just to make sure. Ada shuddered from the memory of the letter from the doctor. If anyone found out she was taking care of her mother alone, she would be doomed.

Allen walked out of school building and waited for Ada. "Maybe I used little bit wrong words last time, I was little bit rude." Allen saw Ada coming and went to her direction. "Hey Ada! I'm sorry, I may have been little bit rude this morning." Allen noticed that everything wasn't okay and tried to say something. "Hey if you have something wring, then you can just say it, I'm not gonna tell anyone, okay and are you coming to my place to make manga today?" Allen walked quietly and waited for Ada saying something. "I'm not best to say thingss like these, but I can't help it that I want to go making manga already"

Ada shook her head." No everything is fine. I'd like to drop my stuff off at myhouse first though if you don't mind." She said shifting her backpack to her other shoulder. She fell in step with Allen looking and the ground for a moment. " So how was your day?" She asked trying to causually switch the topic. " All my classes felt so long because i was exited to start drawing." She admitted smiling. She looked from the ground over to Allen. She hoped he wouldn't start to get curious, she really liked talking to him.

"Ah Its fine if you want to go home first, I can wait outside so I won't be any problem." Allen responded and noticed that he got message on his phone. Allen readed it: "From mom huh? My son, I'm gonna come visit there soon, you will move here and start study to high rank officer if you don't find your way to make money. Agh why this again, anyway, I can't tell about this to Ada. I don't like this at all by myself, but I can't let mom ruin everything at this point." Allen tried to calm down and said with litlle bit faked smile: "I will be waiting here for you, come when you are ready"

Ada nodded and walked inside setting her bag by the door." Mom?" She called then heard a thump from upstairs she ran upstairs to see her mom in bed punding her fist against the wall. " Shh." She said sotfly tucking her mom in tight. " Calm down your ok, you remember me?" Ada kept talking feeling her mom's forehead then bringing a fresh glass of water toher bedside. " Go to sleep I'll be back home before you know it." She said then smiled. Ada walked back downstairs took a couple different kinds of pencils and her sketchbook then walked out the front door. " I'm all set."
