So who really are the organization XII and how they came about? I will try to explain all I know and combine them into one.

 

Please be aware that the information presented is not written on stone. Therefore, some of the information may be inaccurate.

 

First off, I will start with Apprentice Xehanort. So who is Apprentice Xehanort.. really?

 

This is Terra-Xehanort. Terranort for short.

 

 

Well, for all we know he is also this person (Apprentice Xehanort):

 

 

But how? they both look totally different. Well, in the first image, Terra-Xehanort (is what he was called), Master Xehanort was in control of Terra's body during the time of Birth by Sleep. Now, remember when this happens?

 

 

 

This was when Terra's heart is resisting Master Xehanort (MX). MX then "stabbed" his heart to "hush up" Terra's heart. But what happen in the process? Well, Terranort lost his memories in the process. Aqua saves him because Aqua knows that somewhere Terra is inside Terranort's body. Later that day, Braig found him lying on the floor in which he notified Ansem the wise. Ansem the wise made him apprentice hence, Apprentice Xehanort.

 

The person on the first image is Apprentice Xehanort (AX). So how come his looks differ from Terranort when they are both the same person? As time passed by, a bit of transformation occurs (perhaps due to stabbing of the heart?). Apprentice Xehanort's looks represent neither one of the hearts (MX and Terra's) inside Terra's body is in control. So in a sense, AX is a whole new being which is why his looks differ from Terranort.

 

Terranort = Master Xehanort in control

Apprentice Xehanort = Neither of the hearts are in control

 

 

So here, you can see some similarities of the two, Terranort (imagine Terranort is on the right instead of Terra) and AX. Since we don't know what MX looks like when he was young, I am quite sure that some of his appearance reflect AX.

 

Anyway, at some point in the past this happens:

 

 

Braig: have your memories returned? (*AX Poked him in the chest*)

 

To me, this event happen is in the past, when AX got his memories back as Master Xehanort (Terra is still inside him but for some reason he got his memories back as MX)!

 

He 'stab' most of his colleague (which probably most of the organization XIII members), which is now the organization XIII. But why would he stab them? The theory is that, Xehanort has been with research of darkness, answers. He uses his colleague as an experiment. In this time, AX cast away Ansem the Wise in the realm of darkness and took the name Ansem. So what happen to those people AX stabbed? They:

 

-Lost their memories (the reason why Xemnas and other organization XIII has no or little memories as 'sombodies').

-Lost their hearts (heartless)

-became a nobody

 

Note that Xemnas goes to chamber of repose to get his memories back, he was also talking to Aqua's armor as 'friend'. Perhaps, Xemnas remembering some of Terra's memories (theory).

 

So how did AX became Ansem/Xemnas? This is just a theory but somehow AX failed in his experiments and lost his heart (Ansem Seeker of Darkness was born) and Xemnas of KH2 appeared as well. (It is kinda vague but you get the idea. Perhaps more information about this will be on KH3D).

 

So why does the organization members have no idea of being stabbed by AX, who is now Xemnas, and take revenge? This goes back to the theory that when AX stabbed them, their memories are lost including the time when they got stabbed.

 

So basically, Organization XIII are nobodies that are product of research that AX done in seek of answers about darkness (theory).

 

But now that organization XIII's heartless and nobodies were vanquished (KH1, Re:CoM & 2). Yen Sid warns Mickey that when heartless and nobodies are defeated their 'somebodies' will return, i.e. Master Xehanort. Most, if not all, organization XIII returned as somebodies as Nomura explained.

 

It looks like Lea is on good side now? don't you think? I don't think they were bad guys as organization 13. I thought that maybe they got brainwashed (the same way how MX did to Terra) by AX since they forgot their memories and told them that they don't exist and they need to get kingdom hearts to be somebodies again.

 

I know it is some what complex but things are going to get clearer as we go along. Most of this stuff are just theories and ideas on my mind. This is not just taken from solely my thoughts, but these are collaborative. I've read forums and these are what I and my friend, venomblad89, agreed upon.

Ah, you made a point! I've always thought because there are two hearts (well, there's actually 3 but anyway) inside Terra's body. So it seems to appear that AX is half MX and half Terra in terms of physical appearance. I don't really know if it is MX's looks entirely. If that's the case, then there's a chance that resurrected Master Xehanort would look like AX?

Only Xemnas himself seems to have trouble remembering any of his past, but even he can remember Ansem the Wise. Saix basically explains the reason they can manipulate others' hearts so well is because they remember what it's like, which is stark contrast to Xemnas saying he doesn't remember what having a heart was like. Saix and Axel also remember eachother's friendship. To top that all off, Xigbar remembers Ventus, as he sees Xion take his form once during 358/2 Days.

 

Basically, that's the only problem that I have with what you're saying. I don't think anyone lost their memories just because they were stabbed. AX/Terranort is a special case. I get where you're going with this, as Sora was also stabbed, but I don't think that alone is the reason why Roxas doesn't remember who he is. Because, technically speaking, Roxas also contains parts of Ventus, making who he really is just ambiguous as Xemnas, which would definitely cause some memory problems.

Ha, I actually do agree with this. Xehanort turned on them and they're all still so buddy-buddy with him. It's a little funny. So I really don't know what is going on. There are different types of memory... short term, long term, knowledge only, need-to-know basis memories that can be reawakened by seeing or experiencing familiar things.

 

I do agree their memories aren't all there, and I DO think that Xehanort is the reason that Organization XIII exists at all, but not necessarily his own actions being why they were transformed. That has yet to be seen as not all the members could have appeared just because they were stabbed - Xigbar found Marluxia after the original six were already Nobodies, and Xemnas doesn't appear to still wield the Keyblade to have been able to 'create' these new recruits in any special way.

The Guardian. What if this thingie wanted to be "free". It is kind of bound to Xehanort even when he became a heartless himself. Unknowingly AX/MX was controlled by it the darn whole time. I mean there have to be a reason why we see it with Terranort and not just with SoD.

I think Apprentice Xehanort is when pices of vanitas,Master Xehanort and Terra hearts are mix in to one heart to controlle terra's body when Master Xehanort and Terra are fighting for controlle. In KH3D I saw vanitas in the dark energy that formed around Apprentice Xehanort/Terranort. I think that when ventus's heart merged with sora

vanitas's dark energy merged with Terranort. So thats what I think what you guys
