ok, so im working on a fanfic based on Birth by sleep which is pretty much the same story but with my own character, Yami, he is an apprentice of eraqus who has a crush on aqua, but is afraid to tell her because he doesnt know if she will return the same feelings.

I think your story sounds good so far! I might suggest a love triangle (there are a lot of "Terra is in love with Aqua! But so it Ven, OMGEE!" things spread around, and if Yami has a crush on Aqua, beware Yami!) Since I'm a writer on Fanfiction dot net, the only thing I would suggest is that you write at your best ability, and in the summary don't add "Srry 4 sucky summary. First fic, read pz!" That only makes people not want to read your story (it is on Fan fiction, right? Give me the link and I'll check it out!)

 

Also, I agree with Xylek's post of adding a Ton World. THAT would be epic!!! And Master Keeper's post of adding a New York 2099. Though, remember these are just suggestions and you don't really have to add them if you don't want to.
