NES Ambassador Games Coming to Eshop?

I was looking at my downloads on the 3DS eshop, and I noticed that the NES ambassador games all had updates. Super Mario Bros had an update shortly before it was released to non-ambassadors on the eshop, so maybe the rest of the NES games will be released very soon.
