i'm on chapter 6 of crisis core and i missed an opportunity to get a mission by talking to a 3rd class soldier in chapter 4. can i still get it even though i'm in ch. 6? I;m trying to go for mission 100%

I don't think so. But I may be wrong. Just look around the SOLDIER floor, see if you still can.

If you can't get it again, just finish the game. You'll be able to start over with the same materia and level you were. It's the only real way to get 100% anyways, as it would be almost impossible to do it on one playthrough, especially with the level up system. It would take forever. I've already played through three or four times and I'm at level 68. In order to get 100% you need to be at level 99 just so you can beat the final mission and defeat Minerva.

I beat the game and had a pretty beast character and planned to get to level 99 and beat all the missions, but for some reason my save file has disappeared off the face of the earth (along with all my save files prior to BBS). So i cbf starting again.

And yeah what Azure said, you'll just have to go through it again most likely (but be warned, you'll have to do ALL the missions again.)

That's one thing I didn't like. You should have been able to have the missions you already did still be completed, and go back to do them again if you wanted. Not be forced to do them or even go find the ones you had to look for again.

Exactly, that's why I didn't continue a second play through, I'd done more than half the missions already and couldn't be bothered doing them again.
