I think he says something like "I knew you'd find me, Batman" or something like that. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to track him down and find him? Also, where do I find that place where there is a sketch drawing of Bruce Wayne's parenta died? I can't seem to find it.

the mysterious dude u can find in key points of arkham city (just think 4 corners of a square should make it easier) and you gotta go crime alley to find where bruce wayne's parents died (by the court house i think)

locations are by the musem(near the bank) the police station (by a water thingy) by the courthouse on a roof right in front. and batman's parents are right by the movie thearter closeish to the church

before you go to the ferris wheel one throw a remote batarang at him to get a achievment
