Okay, as you all no, I suck at effect and everything else on Sony Vegas. So, I was wondering, how do you make the scenes look better? Like more clear? And blur a little bit? Cos my chroma blur thing doesn't work... and i want to make the scene looks better like some of you! please help me!

and just in case it matter, I have Sony Vegas 7.0 not platinum and all that just regular Sony Vegas 7.0

It really actually just depends on what the original quality of KH scenes you have.

There's no real way to "improve" the quality of the cutscenes unless they were originally.... descent. Also, the more you zoom in, the more the pixels stretch, which can cause most clips to look terrible if you over-zoom.

 

....here's a hint: If you're using kh-vids the only half-descent clips they have are re:com english if I had to choose one of theirs. No offense to them, their quality just isn't that great.

 

Use Gaussian blur at a very low level to lightly blur an entire clip as well.

hmm okay! all of my old vids that i still use are kh-vids, cos i didn't know about kh13! but now i do, that will explain why days looks WAY batter... thanks Kaiso!
