I think that the heart Young Sora is shown facing is Vens heart

    Simply based on previous trailers released, Terra is seen holding an unconscious Ven at his side, asking Master Xehanort what he's done to his [Ven's] heart....

    The heart, however, is the least on my mind at the moment. I'm mostly wondering about the baby Ven..."^^
