More fake boxart for 3DS games that technically don't exist have been popping up (Kirby 3D, Dragon Ball 3D) but this one caught my eye.

http://multiplayer.com/videogiochi/nintendo-3ds/final-fantasy-3d.html

The main reason this fake is interesting is because the original creator has gone on record saying he'd like to remake it for the 3DS

http://www.finalfantasyunion.com/news/hajime-tabata-would-like-to-do-before-crisis-final-fantasy-vii-for-3ds--1300.html

So it's possible. Also, porbably fake.

But anyways.

Interested? Sick of FF VII? Share your thoughts!

The interest of the creator makes it worth mentioning. It's not like a random person saying that there'll totally be an FF7 remake for the 3DS, there's actually reason to believe it may be true.

The interest of the creator mentioning this once the game is confirmed makes it worth mentioning. Just saying.

Nothing has any inherent value over anything else. Everything is the same in scale, all actions have equal value, nothign is greater than anything. Therefore, anything is just as worth mentioning as it isn't.

Actually, it does, and until confirmation from what he hoped 2 years ago, it's not worth being mentioned till then.

They're too busy with Type-0, XIV (PS3's port.) and Versus.

Because there's no space for this on the internet

Too busy to hire a separate team to make a game for a different system?

They won't have enough money to fund their project anyways since they are working on the other 3 games.

Square Enix is working on more than three other games. They're working on more than three Final Fantasy games right now, let alone all of their other franchises. Besides that they are also a major publisher.

Square Enix has money to spare, and certainly enough money to fund a remake of an installment in the Final Fantasy VII series (AKA the IT PRINTS MONEY franchise)

Yes, you do have a point. But some fans are getting a bit annoyed with Square and other fans that only focus on VII, right? I mean, a movie. They made, A MOVIE.
