Help with the name of a game!

While playing King's Guard at Kongregate, it came to my mind a DS game with similar gameplay mechanics, but I can't recall the name. Also, as far as I know, it also has a DSiWare version aside from the retail version, but I can be wrong about this.

 

Hints: (This is what I can recall)

- Similar to Bejeweled but with fights

- Set on a Fantasy world

- The game has a sequel

- It was released either in 2009 or 2010

- It's a puzzle game
