Fighting is when you and another competitor practically arm wrestle except you grab onto the forearm and try to have your arm on top the others arm. But fighting is really a fight to the death you try to drain your opponents time while they try to drain yours as well.
Your time is a glowing green tattoo like thing that shows the time you have. It has a 13 digit limit which goes from Years, months, days, hours, and seconds. Now just because you only have room for 9999-99-9-99-99-99 doesn't mean you can't have more. There are little devices to where you can put it against your wrist and it'll store your time till you need it later
Mainly only the rich survive, they have all the time in the world while the poor have no time to spare.
There are minutemen who are basically a big gang that resides in the ghetto and steals the poor people's time.
Then there are Time Keepers who are the cops of the world and when they see a huge amount of time getting added to one person in the population, they have to investigate
Then there are the Rich and the civilians of the Ghetto,
Rich can have tons of years on their clocks letting them practically live together unless they do something foolish while the Ghetto civilians could have a week on their clock, if they are lucky.
