A company called Panacea Inc. whose first intentions were to activate the inactive 90% of the unused brain in people to fight off major diseases and ailments, had discovered that they could instead give people special abilities  through their experiments. Their good intentions slowly turned into evil ones as the CEO of the Panacea Inc decided to develop more supernatural beings from their experiments. They even decided to start kidnapping people for their experiments because they ran out of volunteers. They gave thousands of people special abilities, and trapped them in cells for more experimentation. However, something had happened, someone decided to let the experiments out. In order to keep these happenings a secret, the company has sent out bounty hunters to track them down and bring them back, dead or alive. The future of the world is now dependent on those experiment's decisions:

Rules:

•Invincibility cannot be part of your abilities. To insure this, the company has developed a special metal that can hinder any experiment's abilities temporarily, and has given weapons to the bounty hunters made of that metal.

•No controlling other people's characters without their permission

•Please stay committed to the rp as long as you can, and at least kill off your character if you plan to leave

•To insure you've read the rules, please put your favorite color at the bottom of your sign up sheet

•I will post my character sheet when enough people are interested

Sean turned to the nurse that had just entered. He was slightly annoyed and it began to get him thinking. "I already discussed it with hospital staff, this is my private room for as long as I need it, I spoke with the head and he made sure only informed personnel would be messing with the room, how wou-"

 

Sean went silent. He breathed calmly but his eyes didn't leave the nurse. His hand moved slowly towards his gun, which was hidden under his jacket for moment, and unsnapped the restraint on the holster.

 

"How would you not know of that?"

Exavier looked down and smiled. From under the gurney, he dropped a smoke bomb, which activated, so no one could see. He had put on special thermal glasses so he could see 6206. He grabbed him and began to run. He looked through the window where he knew Blaise would be

"50/50, partner." he said, as if Blaise would actually hear. He would get 6206, and Blaise would take care of 99. He exited the Hospital, and place 6206 in the back of his truck, which contained a prison cell covered in Panacea's metal. He closed the back door, and drove off to a place he agreed to rendezvous at with Blaise after she got 99.

99 was coughing at the smoke and looked around and backed up. Though unfortunately he fell out the window. 99 then heightened his density to where when he hit the ground turned to rubble and he was un harmed. 99 could see this truck speeding away after he fell. 99 then ran after it but he wasn't fast enough, it was gone before he had the chance to chase them.

Blaise followed 99 with her scope and shot at his feet. She hadn't decided if she would keep this one alive or not. " Hmmm how dense can he get i wonder...." Blaise thought outloud setting up another shot through her scope.

99 heard the shot luckily he was still dense enough to reflect it, but it did cause a bruise. 99 looked around and then saw the flash of a scope on a higher floor. 99 then ran away and when he made it out of view he ran into the building and started searching for the sniper. He was running through wall as fast as possible looking for stairs or an elevator. He finally found the stairs and ran to the floor. Next step was finding the sniper and staying quiet.

6206 sat up in the portable cell he was placed in. The metal that was touching his skin made him feel very woozy. He figured even if he didn't have a wound, his powers wouldn't work in here. Not to mention the only power that might help him was molecular combustion, and he had vowed never to use that, only his freezing molecular immobilization power.

A small window behind him opened up. "You comfy back there? I hope so, cause where your going ain't much different from this."

"Do you get your kicks kidnapping teenagers?" 6206 asked Exavier. "You have to be one sick bastard to do this kind of crap."

Exavier looked out his front window. A view showing the outskirts of L.A. could be seen. Exavier then glanced at the tallest building in L.A. Panacea Inc. headquarters.

"He never told me why he preferred you guys alive." He said, deciding to make small talk with his bounty.

As irritated as he was with Exavier, this did peak his interest. "Who are you talking about?" 6206 asked.

Exavier smiled. "Did they remove your common sense with those experiments too? I'm talking about the guy who hired me. The guy who runs Panacea Inc. Mr Hirozaki."

The name sent chills down his back. He pretended to be unphased by the comment. "Whatever, they're gonna find you, you know."

Exavier smirked. "We'll see, freak. We'll see."

Blaise cursed when she didn'ty have time to shoot again and slung her rifle over her shoulder. She reached for her knife but then rememebred she had left it in the hole. " Great... just great." She muttered looking around for a weapon. Blaise emptied the bullets out of her rifle and left the rifle on the floor. It was a good bet the experiment was in the building. She stayed quiet in the shadows.

99 was creeping around the corner when he heard her emptying the bullets on the floor. 99 then got into the neighboring wall and changed his density. 99 then ran through the wall making it crumble due to his high density form. He was able to grab her then he jumped out the building making the ground crumble around him.

 

"Sean I have someone you should meet!!" 99 screamed as he tightened his grip on Blaise so she couldn't wiggle out as he tried to knock her out

Sean ran outside to where 99 was holding Blaise temporarily. Sean had tried to chase down the escaping car that Exavier took 6206 in, but he couldn't catch them. Now he just had to make sure that 99 was okay, and perhaps find out something from the bounty hunter. His gun was in his hand and moving closer he raised it up, pointing straight to Blaise.

 

"I'd not try to escape if I were you."

"Lets see if they want a little trade, this girl for 6206" 99 said as he carried her into the hospital "Hey Sean do you have any handcuffs?" 99 asked hoping they could make this deal go off with ease and without any harm. 99 could only imagine the hell that 6206 was going through again. 99 grabbed the handcuffs then handcuffed her to a gurney and covered her with a gown so no one saw her being handcuffed.

Blaise spat at Sean's feet discust written all over her face. She looked around for means of secape, " Your more of an idiot than I first thought." She taunted. If he gives that expirement up he will learn a new meaning of pain. She promised herself struggling against the handcuffs.

99 put the gown over her face that way she couldn't spit anymore. 99 paced in the room. "Tell me how do I get ahold of that guy you were with, he took our friend and we want him back, and if you want to survive you will probably want to cooperate" 99 trying to sound threatening

Blaise couldn't help but laugh. " You are just pathetic." She wondered if Exavier had made it to the headquaters yet. She tried to slipp her hand through the handcuff but it was tightened too much. She cursed internally, Come on you did it before. She pulled against the handcuff until she felt a sharp pain and a small pop. Blaise gasped but easily slipped hre hand through. She jumped of the gurney and popped her thumb back into place sprinting down the hallway.

Sean laughed a bit, partially out of the unfortunate scenario he found himself in, and partially out of Blaise's skill. But he wondered if she even knew how skilled he was. He brought his pistol up in the air, precisely aiming at her within moments. She could escape and he could still go on, but he was not going to let it be easy and he'd stop her if he could. She thought she was dealing with children with the swiftness she moved with. She wasn't dealing with children. Sean almost never missed, he hoped now would not be one of the few times, though he doubted it would be. He took quick aim in moments, looking to land a definitive, non-lethal wound that may slow her down. He breathed in and closed one of his eyes.

 

And fired.

After about a half hour of waiting for Blaise, Exavier grunted. He turned the key in the ignition, and the car started.

"What about your little friend?" 6206 joked in the back seat.

Only looking at the road, while driving he said, "Just a little delay. Trust me, she'll get out of it. I'll just meet her at headquarters. Time to drop you off anyways."

Although he knew the answer, 6206 asked anyways. "...Drop me off where?"

Exavier replied with a monotone voice and expressionless face. "Panacea Headquarters."

Blaise let out an involuntary yelp when she heard a shot fired and a terrible pain in her arm. She held her arm and ducked around a corner she looked around while running for an exit. She headed for an emergency exit setting off an alarm, " Oops.." She said under her breath she ran into a nearby alley and leaned against the wall catching her breath. " He left without me... jerk." She didn't bother trying to jump the fence with her arm, Blaise ran her hand along the edge and found a loose spot she tugged on it with her good arm and slipped throguh the new hole in the wire fence.

Doctors rushed down the hallway at the gunshot, several nearby officers game as well. Sean had his badge ready. "Escaping suspect, I apologize. Please, go back to your duties, there's nothing to see here." Sean looked down the hallway and saw some minor blood spatter. An arm hit if he read right. He turned to 99, follow me, fast, we're going to my car. There's no use in tailing her, she's trained, we're not getting her at this point." Sean paced very quickly down the hallway and barged open the door to the outside. "We'll go where both her and the other bounty hunter, with 6206, are headed, it's time I had a chat with a certain company head."

 

Sean walked to his car, already plotting out in his head the route to Panacea HQ.

When they arrived at the headquarters, Exavier got out of his truck, and put hand cuffs around 6206.

"Alright, let's go." Exavier said. He pushed 6206 through the automatic doors, and walked up to the lobbyist.

"May I help you?" The lobbyist asked with a smile. She looked down at 6206, who was desperately trying to escape, and still wearing her creepy smile, looked back up.

"I'm here to collect my reward." He replied.

"Yes I see," She answered. "I'll just-" She paused. She seemed to be listening to her ear piece. She looked back at Exavier. "Oh, it seems that he wants to have a private chat with you, he's at the top floor, here's a key card." She handed it to him. "The elevator's to your left. Have a good night." The lobbyist returned to her work.

Exavier pushed 6206 into the elvator and pressed the 100th floor. The elevator ride up had to of been the longest moment in 6206's life. He looked out through the elevator's clear body, and saw the city sky. Perhaps this would be the last time he saw something like this.

When they arrived, they could see a long hallway, with two large marble double doors at the end of the hallway, with two large body guards blocking it. Exavier and 6206 slowly approached the doors, the body guards allowing entry.

They came to a large office, with awards for Panacea Inc. located around the room, and a large window overlooking the city, A large man could be seen sitting in a chair behind a large desk staring out at the city.

"I brought one, Mr. Hirozaki." Exavier said, breaking the silence and pushing 6206 in front of him, with 6206 finally giving up on trying to escape and staring down at the ground.

The large man turned around to face the two, and stood up grinning. "I see. Very good. I just wanted to make sure he was alright. You can go now, Exavier."

Exavier took a step forward, irritated. "What about my money? Do you know how hard it was to get this stupid freak? I want compensation."

The man chuckled. "Ah yes, your reward. I'll have my accountant downstairs hand you a suitcase with your reward. 1 million dollars.

Exavier spoke again, this time more irritated. "Did I not just say how hard it was to get him? I want more than a measly 1 mil. How about 1 billion dollars? You can afford it."

Mr. Hirozaki's smile began to fade. "Yes I'm sure it was a pain collecting him. That must be why you blew up a street, caused a commotion in a large hospital, and caused the feds to get even more suspicious about our intentions. Not to mention the gas station you blew up on your way here. DO you know how much this gonna take to cover up? Be grateful you're getting anything and leave my sight."

Exavier still insisted. "How about I tell the feds everything? I get a deal, while you lose everything and your corporation fails. How does that sound, Mr. HIrozaki?"

After a few seconds of silence, Mr Hirozaki looked down.

Without a moments notice, He pulled out a pistol from under his desk and shot Exavier's lung. Exavier fell to the ground, gasping for air. 6206 stared in horror of what was happening.

Mr. Hirozaki slowly approached Exavier, grabbing a sword on display in his office on the way, He stared at the pathetic being slowly dying.

"I don't like to be threatened, Exavier. Especially by a lowly bounty hunter." He raised his, sword, and without hesitation, cut Exavier's head off. 6206 fell to the ground, speechless of what had just gone down

Mr. Hirozaki dropped the sword on the ground and wiped blood that was dripping on his face. "Oh gosh, my carpet's all bloody again." He turned to the body guards. "Please clean this up for me, will you? Amd get someone to take that dirty old truck of Exavier's and dump it somewhere, I don't care where."

Immediately the guards took Exavier's corpse and left.

Mr. Hirozaki sat down in his chair again and looked at 6206. "Doesn't it feel good to be home, my child?"

Blaise grumbled winding in and out of alleys until she reached the headquarters. She removed herhand from her but quickly replaced it at the sight ofher bloodied palm. Blaise walked up to the lobbyist, " Have you seen a tall big bounty hunter bringing in a little wimp expriment?" She asked the lady nodded and gave her a card. She tapped her foot all the way up the elevator, the bodyguards refused to let her in. " You asked for it." 5 minutes later the bodyguards were slumped against the wall with their hands tiedbehind their back. She barged into the room and saw Exavier on the floor. " You call that a reward?" She asked choking on her words. She glanced at the expriment then at Mr. Hirozaki.

In a friendly voice, Mr. Hirozaki replied, "Why Blaise, you know Exavier was a nuisance. He got his job down sloppily, and always demanded more money. I took care of the situation, he was gonna ruin everything. Here, your reward of a million dollars is downstairs, you can even have Exavier's share." He sat down again, lighting a cigar, and waved her off. "Goodbye now."

 

6206 looked at the spot where Exavier was murdered. If he had any hope of escape, they were crushed when Exavier's head was decapitated.As much as he hated Exavier, no one should die like this. Did the big lug have close family? 6206 hoped not. He simply stared at the ground, preparing for whatever was going to happen to him.

(I have a new idea for my character so she may not be so evil anymore but she will definatly always have a dark side.)

 

" Right and I'm the model student." She growled. " You crossed the line Hirozaki." Her hands turned inot fists. Blaise's scowl turned into a grin, she grabbed the collar of 6206's shirt and ran out of the door. " Oh and one more thing." She said looking over her shoulder, "He was right about the reward." She glanced at the elevatorbut changed her mind and shoved the expirment through a door leading to a flight of stairs. " You really owe me for this one." She grumbled untieing 6206 and dragging him down the stairs.

Hirozaki slammed his fists on the desk. "Blaise! BLAISE!" He pressed a button on his desk and spoke into his microphone "Security! I want that bounty hunter dead! And get that experiment into the lab. We need one more of them to finish the plan!" He threw his cigar into the ash tray.

 

6206 glad to of gotten free, still was confused. "Wait, why are you letting me go? Don't you get paid to do the opposite of what your doing now?" 6206 Asked as they were about halfway down the long flight of stairs.

Blaise overheard the microphone and sped up ignoring the expirement. She didn't bother checking for an alarm on the exit door security was already after them She heard gun shots and pushed 6206's head down speeding around th corner. She ducked into an alley and pressed herself against the wall letting go of the boy's head. " Shhh." She put her finger to her lips and peaked around the corner. Blaise saw the guards go the opposite directiona and she relaxed, she noticed her long forgotten blood stained sleeve and she ripped it off tieing off just over her wound. " I can give you some money to get out of here but thats about it." She said pulling a small black wallet from a pocket in her skirt.

6206 hesitated taking the money. "Wait, I'm healed up, I can help you, we can get out together." He insisted. After spending a little time with Exavier, he had actually sympathized with the bounty hunter lifestyle, which from what he was told wasn't that much different from the life of an experiment on the run.

"I don't know what your planning, but I know I can help, if you let me. Don't leave me alone."
