You share your account info with another person, activate your PS3 for games on their account, and download what they have. DLC, games, themes, etc. I do it with a friend's brother. We change our passwords to something bogus like "cookies83" or something and then go on each other's account so they wont know our actual password.

Now that I know what it is, I'd gladly gameshare with someone. Unfortunately, I don't really have much to offer.
