Does anyone know if the "up" arrow button on a Dualshock controller for a PS2 is necessary for playing KH1 and/or KH2?? If yes, what is it used for else than just movement and when in the menu?

The up button is broke on my PS2 controller, so i was wondering if i should even start up on a playthrough if it doesn't work... The analog sticks work just fine, so i was wondering if i can just play using them instead of anything i would need the up button for...

You can still navigate the command menu using L2 or R2 and the analog sticks, I just don't remember exactly how it works.

Good to know! So that technically means i don't need the up button in order to play?
