Pokemon Card Simulator?

Does anybody know a good free online Pokemon card simulator? Something as good as Dueling Network (for Yugioh) or Pokemon Online (regular Pokemon card battling)?

 

I've wanted to get back into playing Pokemon cards, but I don't have the means of getting the cards in real life.

The Pokémon TCG games for the GB/GBC. You can emulate them if you don't have a shitty-ass computer.

I think Pokemon.com has a card simulator now. Though, I am not exactly sure how "free" it is.
