In the beginning, all concepts and rules of the world seemed explainable and simple, and both science and magic had been known to our world and existed in harmony. Until one day, mysterious wormholes appeared around the world, which now acts as a gateway into another universe much like our own except where evil and chaos mostly reigns supreme, and the government has become an anarchy and the police forces to scared to do anything. Some brave (or reckless) souls have chosen to explore this new realm, and people from the other universe vice versa. It is later discovered that all the people from the newly discovered realm have an opposite to them in our world, and to those of us who discover our opposites would refer to them as their "Hantai Soku" (meaning opposite soul in Japanese).

The rp will start with the beggining of the wormholes appearing. Why have the worm holes appeared? What are the Hantai Soku's intentions? The reason for the wormholes have not been discovered, and there may never be a straight forward answer for the Hantai Soku's, as they all have their own agendas.

 

Rules:

•Basic RP rules, no god modding, controlling other people's characters without permission or killing off other people's characters without permission

•When you make your character sheets, if you want a Hantai Soku for your character, you must make a character sheet for both your main character and their Hantai Soku. The first character sheet should be the one you'll consider your main character, and the second will be the Hantai Soku, should you choose to have one. 

•When making your Hantai Soku, it is recommended that you make him/her as polar opposite to your main character as possible. From personality, to the color of their clothes. The more polar opposite, the better. And your main character doesn't have to be good, it can be evil if you choose

•To avoid confusion, the Hantai Soku should probably have a different name then your main character, unless you have a creative solution to this

•So our characters aren't seperately for most of the Rp, everyone will be in the same unnamed town, so we will all at least encounter each other sooner and at least once

•To show that you have read the rules, put your favorite food at the bottom of the sign up sheets.

Bio: straight A student in his Sophomore year, he was accepted into a police accademy where he has mastered his fire/lightning magic and has learned to combine it with his ranged weapons that he prefers to use. One of the wormholes appeared near the academy, and school was let out on account of the chaos that has been beginning to happen.

 

Leon's Hantai Soku:

Weapon (if applicable): A katana through which he combines his magic with

Abilities (if applicable): Specializes in water/ice magic

Alignment: Evil

Bio: Left on the streets to die when he was just a baby, a criminal mastermind took him under his wing to raise as his own. He grew up learning how to take whatever he wanted right under people's noses, and became a notorious and skilled thief. Unfortuneatly his guardian was killed while doing a job, and at 16, Exavier is once again on his own, making money by working for other criminals. A wormhole has also mysteriously appeared near his city, and is considering whether or not to enter it.

Jason and Naja were in a stalemate at this point, Jason then looked to his left and noticed everyone else had finished fighting. "Hey Naja, did you notice we're the only ones fighting now?" asked Jason.

 

(Naja)

 

"Actually, yeah....awkward.....i guess, we should end this?" asked Naja.

 

(Jason)

 

"Gladly." said Jason. Jason then punched Naja sending him into the building. Jason then felt kinda dizzy. "Ok, he's not unconscious, but it will take him a while to dig himself outta that one." Jason said to himself. Jason then walked over to the others. "So, what did i miss?" asked Jason.

Ragnarok

 

rain began to slowly shower against the wandering man. "the rain.... how it soothes my anger...." he said as he stood there, letting the rain soak into his skin. He enjoyed the rain, for it was something that not only calmed him down, but let his anger go, letting him become a slight more happier than normal. His hair was drenched, hiding his red eye's, he simply smiled.

Both Zephyr and Terra struggled to stand. "That hurt..." they both manage to say. The both looked up at each other then they both went into fighters stance. Then they both started to laugh.

 

"We were doing the same thing..." terra said.

"Yeah, believe me now? Its like mirror." Zephyr replied

"Except..." terra started.

"Except what?" Zephyr asked.

"...I look good" terra finished.

"Ha ha!" Zephyr mocked him.

Haruhi stood there waiting for Leon to come back sometime. Where was he? That boy must've been his Hantai Soku. So where was hers?? Maybe she'd already met her, maybe- Oh gosh. It was her! The girl she met ten minutes ago! She was sure of it.

Suki grunted and vanished. "That was weird." Haru looked at the dagger, giggling a bit, but not meaning too. Haru then walked over to Haruhi. "Hello, I'm Haru." she introduced.

"I'm Haruhi, can you explain the Hantai Soku things for me? I just need more details on this." Haruhi said as she stuck out her hand for a handshake.

[Leon and Exavier]

Leon looked to Exavier.

"Well, I guess you helped me, so I have to help you out somehow now."

Exavier thought. "Well, Naja over there wanted me to help him figure out his boss's intentions, and well, I suppose the more people on the job the merrier."

Leon looked to his friends. "Yeah, I'll help out. I'm even sure the others would wanna help out too, who knows?"

 

[seth]

Seth had arrived to the new world, and began walking around, searching for Naja in the dead of the night.

He came across a large group of people, some he could tell were from his own world, others from this one.

"Ah, there's Naja." He said spotting him. "It seems he's made some friends. Has he recruited more slaves for me?" He began to approach the crowd.

Haru refused her handshake. "Sorry, I dont know." she sighed.

"Oh, okay." Said Haruhi putting her hand down. She saw a very suspicious man approaching, so she decided watch him in case he decided to try something. (Seth)

Hikari

 

The rain showered down as he slowly approached the group that was there. "Maybe I can make some friends, and get some answers." he actually began to run up to the group, hitting the guy (Seth) in the shoulder by accident. "excuse me, sorry!" he waved back at the man as he ran up to the group.

"You! Your lucky I don't arrest you! Next time you try to pull something like that again, think of what'll happen after words!" Haruhi said glaring at Hikari.

Hikari

 

"I'm so sorry ma'am, I just didn't know what came over me at that moment." he apologized, the white clothed man holding his book. "If there is any way I can repay you for your kindness, then I'd be obliged." he happily smiled at her, his glasses kinda floppy.

Naja got out of the rubble and noticed Seth. "Exavier, come on, we've gotta get going." said Naja.

 

(Jason)

 

"Oh, so soon, and miss another thrashing?" asked Jaosn.

Hikari

 

"I'm so sorry ma'am, I just didn't know what came over me at that moment." he apologized, the white clothed man holding his book. "If there is any way I can repay you for your kindness, then I'd be obliged." he happily smiled at her, his glasses kinda floppy.

 

Haruhi just looked at him, "Don't do it again." was all she said and she turned her back to him.

Hikari

 

He smiled, "I promise!" he seemed really happy. His inverted read hair with black ends seemed familiar, as if something seemed.... opposite. "What is everyone doing? I'm Hikari btw, it's a pleasure to meet you all." he bowed to everyone, holding his book.

Terra faced Zephyr, "so if what you say is true then what are we to do?"

Zephyr thought for a minute, "we need to make sure everyone is okay."

"- I don't care about no one else!!!" Tera didn't even stay to finish the conversation. Terra let an earth cacoon consume him and drag him into the ground and disappeared.

"Damn!"

He jumped in front of her, "Why wont you look at me!?" he said with a pouty face, trying to be friendly and not an enemy.

Seth had approached the group and turned to Naja.

"Ah Naja," He said calmly. "I see you've picked up the great thief Exavier.

Exavier shifted uncomfortably.

Seth then looked at Leon who was standing next to Exavier, and then to the rest of the group.

"Have you brought me more recruits, Naja?" He asked referring to the group.

Haruhi took a step back.

"Woah there, I'm just a little mad at you, okay?" Haruhi said looking at him eyes wide.

Hikari

 

"I'm sorry... I wish you to forgive me some how..." he bowed to Haruhi. He looked up to Seth, not liking the look and the sound of what he said. "Excuse me sir. May I ask who you may be?" Hikari asked Seth, fixing his glasses.

Haruhi looked at Seth, knowing he was a thief.

"Who are you?" she said looking at him curiously.

Seth smiled slightly.

"My name is Seth. I've come here to... Examine this world." He looked down to his cane and back to Hikari.

"I'd really appreciate it if you'd all join my cause. I can give you power, wealth, anything you'd like, should you choose to join me." He laughed a fake laugh. "I hope all of you take this offer, I don't like to be forceful and make someone do my bidding, but I will if I have to."

 

Leon grunted. "What makes you think we'll listen to you if we say no?"

Seth sighed and looked to Leon.

"I don't know, why don't you bow before me while you figure it out?"

Leon laughed, but was unable to resist complying.

"What... The...." He said, bowing before Seth.

Seth smiled again and patted Leon's head. He looked back to the group.

"Anyone else?" He asked.

"Hey, don't mess with my friends." she said staring into his soul.

Hikari

 

A bullet of light scratched Seth's face, "I don't know who you are, but you don't seem like the guy that's very friendly." His gun pointed straight to Seth's head. Seeing something like that was no good sign, so he needed to be careful. "Everyone does not just bend to your will like that, no matter who you are." the similar speech sounded familiar, mstly to Naja.
