In the beginning, Chase was just a young teenager, who went to a highschool that controlled it's own small tournament, in which students could go and enter, showing off there strength. After a few years, Chase went on a school field to a lab reactor that tested re-usage of fire energy through grabbing fire in use. A saftey beam broke, causing him to fall into a fireball in the middle of being fired. As the fireball hit him, the ball disappeared, revealing Chase in his soul release, but then, it shortly lasted as the phoenix within him hid, wishing to not reveal itself to human eye's. The incident was just 2 days ago, in which what began the adventure of his life.

 

 

It was lunch time, 12:05 exact, location was in the gym, Chase trained in there like others, wearing 20 pound weights, punching ultra fast and kicking just as fast. He took a drink of water, washed up, then left the gym. Walking in the hall, he sighed. "What happened those 2 days ago.... I was fried....wasnt I...?" this question haunted him.

Lumi turned her attention to two people about to fight. She stood up and walked to one person (Matryx). "Fighting is one thing which you should not do unless you have a reason." Lumi protested.

Before Chase gave Haruhi a response, Matryx showed up, wan'ting to fight. "Look, we can fight some other time, alright? I'm kinda busy helping a student get back on track." and with that, Chase turns back to Haruhi. "What subject are you having the most trouble with?" He asked nicely, fixing his glasses.

"Oh- um, I..." she started to say nervously. Matryx was making her choke. But she had to stand up to it. "Math and History." she said making eye contact with Chase.

Matryx ignored Lumi's comment "we will fight now, if you win I will leave you alone...and if I win ill leave you alone, its a win win for you. Now stand."

Matryx jumped back and went into stance."I'm going to fight, either you fight or not."

Haruhi turned around and looked at Matryx standing there like an idiot.

"You're really not gonna let this go are you?" she said to him giggling a little.

Matryx got a snarled look on his face "shut up-"

(Aziz just fight! Don't you remember what happens here?

Broken bones and the hospital and stuff- HINT HINT!)

Chase sighed, then stood. "Haruhi, im terribly sorry, but If it's something that must be done, then I have no choice.." As Chse got up, the announcer guy bounced in. "WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT< YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO BEAT EACHOTHER!!! GOOO!!!!" he screamed loudly, and thus the fight began. Chase didnt really like to fight, but he didnt really have a choice. Five minutes? Then I don really have to fight. Chase smiled, standing in his stance. But then again, I might as well do something to prevent him from continuing to fight for a while.

Haruhi put her hand to her face.

"Bots these days. So revengeful." she said shaking her head while watching the fight.

Matryx dashed over and knocked out the announcer. "No time limit!" Then ran at Chase with arm drawn back.

Chase was in the full blown sun, which no one knew, but powered him up quite a bit. As Chase ran at Matryx, he punches him him inn the shoulder, effectively breaking it, while getting socked in the face of course.

Matryx feel back holding his shoulder."how the-"

He begins to charge at him again with the other arm drawn back.

While slightly spinning from the blow, he shaked it off, then charged back in. Why didnt that hurt as much as before... Chase ran the thought through his head as he collided fists with Matryx, in which cracked his hand, and down his entire arm.

Haruhi watched the fight, and counted numbers of times where bones had broken.

"Why are they...?" Haruhi said as she watched the fight, trailing off.

After a long ride to the secret place he finally got there. He jumped off and ran into the shack. Normally, he comes here to think but this time he came to try and remember his birthday. This place is where a meteorite landed a few years ago. N.A.S.A thought that they took all the pieces but there was still one small piece stuck in the shack. There were many stories behind the meteor and Mark was determined to find the real story. He searches for clues when he needs to think so that's what he did. He began his search early. As he got deeper into the forest he heard trees being cut down. He knew that if this happened all the clues would be lost. Mark ran to the nearest sound off the falling trees. When he got there he shouted out to the man cutting them down. It seems like the man didn't hear and a tree slowly began to fall.

"Idiots..." Lumi sighed. "I dont know why they are fighting but its no good. I cant kill them or anything." she looked sharply at Haruhi. "I am Lumi." she introduced.

"H-hi, I'm Haruhi...." she said a bit nervously.

"Have you seen an animal before that seemed like a person or have you had contact with one." Lumi asked, trying to put every ounce of effort into her words to get Haruhi to tell the truth.

"W-what...? I d-don't know what you mean...." Haruhi said to Lumi.

"Have you seen an animal that has acted differently from the others?" Lumi asked her, Lumi's eyes turning cold.

Matryx stummbled back and regained his balance.

'Why! Why is my body being so week!' This angered him and without thinking he charged at Chase again. Matryx drew back his arm and threw a front right jab and then stopped right before he hit his face. 'My shoulder WAS dislocated!' Matryx smirked once Chase also figured out what just happened.

 

Matryx jumped back and began to swing his arms. "This is AWESOME!" Matryx dashed towards Chase again swinging a punch.

Chase was confused by what had happened with Matryx. I don't get it...how is his arms still moving..? With little time to react, Chase simply fell back, dodging the punch, then kicked Matryx in the chest, with his power boost from the sun, chase accidently breaks half of Matryx's ribs.

"No...?" said said to Lumi, confused.

As she was watching the fight, she got more and more confused about what was happening.

"They must of broken plenty of bones to be writhing on the ground.... What's going on....?" she thought to herself.

Matryx fell back onto the ground screaming. Matryx tried to get up. After a while he did then continued to fight showing no more pain.

Jen walked slowly into the park, looking around the place. A small commotion from the corner of her eye caught her attention. "What? Why are they fighting? I think I've seen them at school...ugh, boys." she muttered, jogging over. As she got closer, Jen could hear the undeniable sound of snapping bones. 'Why doesn''t someone stop them?!" she asked the girl sitting nearby (Haruhi). "I'm Jen, by the way."

"I would stop them, Matryx would just bother us more......Trust me, I hate watching this as much as you but.... Something's not right...."
