Aqua - Mae Whitman or Anna Kendrick (from Up in the Air)

Terra - Sam Witwer (Starkiller in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed)

Master Eraqus - Chow-Yun Fat

Master Xehanort - Christoph Waltz (Colonel Hans Landa from Inglorious Basterds)

Vanitas - Yuri Lowenthal (psychotic, who else could you think of)

Young Kairi - Hayden Pannetiere (and hopefully for the secret ending too!)

Jesse is confirmed for Ven. I'm sure Rikus VA does Terra, I'm not sure.. Master Xehanort is confirmed already.

According to Wikipedia, Crispin Freeman is TBC (to be confirmed), but his role remains unknown. I'd guess that, considering who he has voiced in the past, he'll be voicing either Terra or Master Eraqus.
