Accessing Co-op mode?

How do you get to the co-op mode? I see it on the box. Is it DS download play or something?

    I believe it's in the flick rush menu. In traverse town by the coliseum.

    All I see is wireless battle in the flick rush menu...is that basically it? I think it's confusing VS and co-op as one.

    Configure browser push notifications
