I have a few various questions about Dream Eaters in general. I know I can probably use this thread to have them all answered, but isn't there some kind of guide or something that encompasses all the different Dream Eater questions?

 

Anyway, first question: I was playing with my Spirits, and the little heart meter (usually located right under the Lv. field) filled up, then decreased (it was at 3/3, then filled up and switched to 2/3 before emptying). What does this mean? Am I doing something bad, or is this meant to be a desired outcome?

Maybe it has to do with how long it takes to raise the link bar in battle?

But then, why would the hearts go down as the bar fills up? That seems counterproductive...
