Why can't I use the rare dream eaters from the MoM edition?

Posted

Okay, so i got the regular edition of KH3D and I used up my AR cards and used the ones i found online from the MoM Edition. I successfully got them all when i first got the game and first started out. Since I haven't really used R&R Seal and Frootz Cat, I wanted to try them out but im already in the final world. I can't drag them into my party now. Why is this? Is it because they're too low of a level?

Did you send them out for link portals?

Did you send them out for link portals?

I think I did... AW CRAP!

Yeah its easy, just press your portal button. You don't actually have to be in the world you were in when you layed the portal.

I did this too and spent about half an hour freaking out. "MY GAME IS BROKEN AND I'VE BARELY HAD IT FOR A WEEK!!!!!!!!!"

Then I wanted the trophy for laying portals so I went to lay more and figured out I had one layed. "Oh, hey. Those are the Dream Eaters I was missing... Oops"

Pretty much what they said. You can just carry the spirits over to you next file when you start a new game.

No, the game didn't explain a thing. I've been wondering about all this, and it seems that everyone's confusion works to my advantage!

Now I just need the patch to use the portals and I'll be set...
