Death of AR card

If my Meowjesty or Kab Kannon (any that came from the AR cards) can I rescan the card to get them back after they die or do I need to recreate them?

    Well I know in Japan you can re-scan them, but idk about other countries.

    I'm pretty sure you can just "rescan" them.

    Even if you can re scan them their ability board is gonna be reset.
