Posted

Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

Just follow the usual Roleplay and Forum rules and such. That is all.

The goddess whispered into her mind:

I am still here. I am all-powerful, even in my current state. I will give you your mother, your love as well...for a price. The goddess goaded on, seemingly grinning from her place in hell.

All I need for you to do is to activate that seal again. Let loose your wrath. And I shall give you what you want.

"You'll give me back my love and my mother?" Kaisse asked.

"How do I do it?" She asked.

The goddess frowned. The girl was far more naive then she had expected.

Yes. I will give you both. All you need to do is do what your ex-boyfriend had done. Press your palms onto the circle, and draw out the particular emotion.

"I won't,because your powers won't allow you to so. Your low down,in Hell. I won't mess with natural order! You almost ended the world once! I won't allow you free!" Kaisse shook her head.

The girl was smarter than previously thought. To the goddess, this would make things far more interesting.

All I wanted to do was help, and now look where I am. You help me, and you get what you want. As a god, I know all. Micah will never love you again if you don't help me, because...if you don't do it, he won't return. Ever. He comes back, and you both can restart...

"I..can't. He never did love me,ever, and I won't allow you to put him under that spell again."  Kaisse said firmly.

Alone,or not Kaisse still had her ability to tell right from wrong. "The other Gods won't allow this no matter." She informed.

Who said I would use a spell? I am...a goddess of influence. I know all reactions and effects. I know that if he came back to save you, you would fall in love for real--though it would take longer, this time.

The goddess paused. It made her smile when humans were perceptive--she knew Kaisse knew what morals were from the get-go, but she had hoped her grievances would over-power that.

"You can tempt me. I knew it would fall through. In fact this is just easier for me. After all,an elf, like me can't fall in love with who ever I want. It was never a choice for me,he got off lucky."Kaisse sighed.

What if I killed him? The goddess threatened. She was getting desperate, now. She had been detained for centuries, and it was finally her chance to escape the torture. The goddess knew that Kaisse would very well leave soon, without Micah of course.

"This is the part where you say 'I killed your mom',right? Well even if you did you wouldn't kill him." Kaisse shook her head.

"Besides,if I did help you I would be...evil." She said.

  • Author

By your terms, you're already evil; since you helped me already.. Though no, I did not have anything to do with your mother. The goddess said, her voice growing bored, Oh, and you should check on Micah. Some of those cultists are still around, and still obliviously devoted to me.

"I did!" Kaisse punched the ground. "Whatever.." She muttered.

She got up."Nothing will make me help you, remember that." She walked out.

Everyone meets me at some point. I am the influence, the patron of destiny. You will come to me again. And like that, the goddess was gone..at least, the eerie, crushing presence of her was gone.

Micah was walking down a hallway of the massive church, the side lined by dark grey stone pillars, with massive windows gleaming down rays of light. To someone who wasn't completely lost and depressed, it would've looked picturesque.

"Damn it." He muttered, debating whether he should he back or not. But the sound of movement made him turn around--and see several cloaked men walk up to him.

Kaisse sighed. "Funny how even a God or Goddess  can be num." She shook her head.

"I should at least see if Micah is okay. After all me can't even remember where he was staying." She said.

  • Author

"Um...who might you fellas be?" Micah asked, trying to put on a personable expression. He failed, and the cultists drew closer.

"We're..disciples of this church, we..preach the good name of Solat." The cultist said, "Among other things, of course...like Kin who're at the wrong place at the wrong time."

"I can't let him get hurt." Kaisse promised herself.

"If he does I'd have to kill myself. For then I'd be no more than failure."  She thought rather harshly.

Micah stepped back. He was shaking. His palms were sweaty as he fidgeted, unsure of what to do. There were three of them-- all armed and very well able to dispatch Micah is need be; which seemed to be the case.

"Now, why don't yah come here let me kill yah nice and quick.." The first cultist said, drawing out a black dagger. A memory flashed in Micah's mind -bringing on a headache as well- of similar cultists capturing him.

"No." He muttered, glaring at the cultist, who looked genuinely surprised beneath his dark red hood. "No!" Micah said again, flipping around and digging his foot into the cultist's gut, knocking him backwards.

Kaisse saw Micah. He appeared to be out numbered. It looked like 2 to one now. "Fellows over here! I'm a Lamb,if you can capture I'll help your Goddess." She promised.

Micah looked back, his eyes widening as he saw Kaisse.

"The hell?! Kaisse, go away!" He said, but his distraction enable the second cultist to slice him on the shoulder. He flinched, and brought his fist around; a satisfying crack being heard as the second cultist snapped back.

"Just run!" Kaisse screamed.

"I don't want you to die..." She felt tears forming around her eyes.

"No!" Micah yelled back, slamming his balled-up fist into the cultist again, receiving a pain gasp from the man. The cultist faltered, and collapsed at Micah's feet. This left one last man. The cultist there froze, unsure of what to do.

"P-please, don't hurt me!" The man said, raising his arms, "I give in!"

"Too bad!" Micah yelled, pulling out his staff and striking the man on the head.

Kaisse looked away."Okay,I get it. You do hate me,well I won't stay. However, you money and stuff. I know where it is. I'll show it to you, then leave." She said.

Micah moved over to Kaisse, and embraced her in a hug.

"No. I don't know where I am. I don't trust you, but stay with me for now. At least until I can readjust again." Micah said. He felt some sort of sentiment to here -some lingering feelings-, and he wondered if he might love her again.

"Okay." She whispered so that he could only just hear her.

"I'll lead you back now." She said louder.

Micah nodded, rubbing his hand as he moved to hold hers, but suddenly snapped back.

He wasn't in love with her anymore. She betrayed him. Micah sighed, and nodded to Kaisse. "Right, let's go."
