Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

 

Just follow the usual Roleplay and Forum rules and such. That is all.

 

Here's my character:

 

Name: Cealus

 

Gender: Male

 

Age: 16

 

Personality: Fun-loving, adventurous, very silly. Is very protective of his friends and can't stand to see them hurt.

 

Appearance: Hair style is similar to that of Ventus, except black. Grey eyes, and wears a clothing style very similar to Ventus, though the color's are blue, black, and white. Has a black glove on his left hand.

 

Home world: Hollow Bastion

 

Bio: An aspiring Keyblade wielder from Hollow Bastion. Ever since he met a Keyblade Master in Hollow Bastion at a young age, it was his dream to join the academy and become a legend. And finally, after years of waiting, he is old enough to go and see if his heart is strong enough to wield the legendary weapon.

 

Keyblade (You'll get it soon after a Entry Exam):

Jade nodded taking in every word being spoken. She had just made it to her goal, she made it! She would reamember this day for the rest of her life. She was happy very happy. Happy enough to start dancing. Not that she would do that, well maybe later.

 

(That would be funny if in one of my posts I did dance.)

(Yes it would.)

The two apprentices led Forin, Jade, and Cealus along a cobblestone path, towards a large sandy area, there, several people practiced on dummies and on each other. Each one had their own Keyblade, each one different than another.

"There's so many Keyblade wielders here..." Cealus said under his breath. "Acutally," Someone said, Cealus turned to see it was Forin whom had spoken.

"There are only about 100 wielders at any given time. The numbers are quite low if you ask me." Cealus shrugged, thinking Forin was one person he wouldn't be getting along with.

Jade just nodded and said. "Yeah, but if too many people were here it'd be hard to control and control is a key part of welding a Key-Blade." She said matter-a-factly. She just smiled and tilted her head to the side. "This is going to be fun." She thought smiling even wider. She was really happy. Which was hard for her. She started to look around.

After a little while longer, they reached the training grounds. "Speak to Master Varius, he'll direct you in the art of materializing a Keyblade." One the apprentices said, walking off. Varius was the first Master we encountered today...so he deals with Apprentices alot. Cealus sighed, and turned to Jade an Forin.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Cealus said, giving a smile, "Let's go in and see what our Keyblades are like!"

"I don't need to be told. I know almost everything about this place." Jade also smiled. "This is the start of the rest of our lives, Destiny's Bonds. Right?" She asked out loud Though she had only meant to think the last part. She sighed because Forin gave her a weird look. "I said what I was thinking out loud, didn't I?" She shook her head. "Clam the darkness down." She thought to her self.

Cealus smiled, feeling that Jade would turn out to be a pretty interesting person. Cealus immediately pushed on the door into the grounds, and were quickly beset upon a horde of Apprentices, each eager to see the newest to the Land of Departure.

Cealus nervously backed up, almost bumping into Jade. There's alot of people! Cealus was never good around alot of people, nor being the center of attention.

Varius quickly approached, shooing the Apprentices off.

"Hello again." Varius said.

Jade rapped her arms around Cealus's neak. "Hey teach," She said cooly. "we're hear and ready." She smiled as if to prove the point. "Say something Forin." She urged. She laughed to herself. "Ha! I love these guys!" She was ready to go. Jade was childish at time,but mostly she just a clam person. That's a trait of her father's that she got. She got her cookyness from her mother.

Cealus began to get very embarrassed and got red in the face. Having a girl wrap her arms around his neck was not something that had ever happened to him, nor something he'd thought of happening. Forin coughed.

"Master Varius, " She began, "We are the newest Apprentices, and are here to fully learn how to materialize a Keyblade." Forin said, in a very annoyed manner.

Varius smiled and nodded. "I apologize for my strict appearance earlier today..." Varius said, "But now, come with me. If all goes well, the Keyblade will be yours soon enough."

Jade laughed and took her arms from around Cealus's neak. "Sorry, got carried away. You okay Cealus?" She asked. Jade tilted her. "You weren't that strict, ya' hear that." She said.

 

(ugh! I can't think.)

Jade certainly a neat person.... Cealus thought, sighing a little. Master Varius motioned for them to follow him, as he began to walk a small tour of the Training Grounds.

"Before you can start your training, I am to show you around the grounds." Varius said, giving a look at the three Apprentices that followed him. Varius began to point at things of interest, describing them, or giving his own commentary on some of the fellow Apprentices.

"Wow....barely a whole day and we've already gotten so far..." Cealus said.

Jade smiled. "I know most of this stuff, but, still I do enjoy hearing this." She thought. "I just can't wait to have my own Key-Blade. They're shaped out of our Heart, you know." She added a nod. "Yup and we can name them." She laughs. "Forin, I sure you knew this already." She add knowingly. She put her hands behind her back (Sora style).

Cealus titled his head. "I don't remember you could name them....but I remember Master Nalicus' had a special name. I don't really remember it, though."

Master Varius turned, giving a stare at Cealus.

"You've met Nalicus?" Varius asked, and Cealus nodded. "Why?"

Varius looked down, and sighed. "No reason." Varius again motioned for them to keep moving, eventually stopping at a secluded area.

"Alright....Here, you shall learn to bring your Keyblade to life."

Jade nodded. "So what do I have to...er we have to do?" Jade asked. "... it seems like my time here will be fun." Jade thought and put her arms down by her side. "Well if anything...so long as I can summon a Key-Blade, No! I will be a master! It's my goal!" She shurged and looked at the master.

Varius smiled. "You passed your Exam, which means you have the Heart and power to wield this hollowed weapon. You have proven you have the Keyblade within you. All you must do is make it come out- make it real. Force your heart into reality, and make it your weapon." Varius raised out his old arm, and a Keyblade appeared in it. His was long and grey, similar to the Kingdom Key.

"Call yours as I did mine, and you will become a fully fledged Wielder."

Cealus concentrated long and hard, trying to make it happen. He clenched his fists, willing his heart to become a weapon of light. But it wouldn't work, no matter how much he tried, no matter how many times he beckoned his heart, it wouldn't work.

"Why...why can't I do it?" He whispered.

"C-cealus are you...okay?" She looked away a slight blush apparing on her face. "It's the third time I've been worried about Cealus. Do I like him?" She shakes these thoughs out of her head.

Cealus looked at Jade, a slight blush coming to his face too. "Come on...." He whispered. He concentrated, but quickly thought about the people he just met- Jade an Forin. He thought about the few friends he had made in Radiant Garden.

"Friends." Cealus whispered, holding out his hand in the same manner as Varius.

My friends are my power! That must be it! With a rush of wind and magical aura, a long golden-silver blade appeared in Cealus' hand.

Immediately, Cealus knew it's name.

Redemption.

Jade smiled and said without thinking" Good I'm gald everything worked out, I was worried" She then crovered her mouth. "I've done it now." She thought. She looked at the ground.

Cealus looked down and blushed slightly again. Varius smiled, but it quickly went from humor to pleased.

"Excellent, Cealus! Such a beautiful weapon." Varius said, turning to look at Forin. She appeared to be having trouble as well. "Remember, concetrate not on the blade, but on your heart. If there is something important to you- something you truly care about....it will make you wish to protect it, and your Keyblade will come to you. It will come from your heart- showing true compassion for others." Varius turned to Jade.

"You too...concentrate."

"S-sorry." Jade shook her head and cleared her mind. "I guess the reason I came here...my reason for having a Key-Blade is my father. He died portecting me and everyone...so I want to be like him!" A Key-Blade that seemingly seemed to match her outfit appared in her hands. "It worked....?" She thought to herself. She held her "Moon-Blade", due to the shape, and got into some kind of crime fighting pose.

Cealus smiled. "Cool!" He raised his blade in a similar pose, having the tip touch Jade's weapon. Cealus looked at Forin, who still appeared to be having issues.

"Come on, Forin! You can do it!'" Cealus said, and Forin shut her eyes. Immediately, her own blade appeared. It had a rounded guard with a grey hilt and blade. The end point appeared to be shaped like a book. Forin whispered a name. Varius smiled and clapped.

"Your bldes are wonderful. I can see how they reflect against your hearts.....anways...Hey everyone! Come see our new apprentices!" Varius called, as Jade, Cealus, and Forin where attacked by a bunch of curious apprentices.

As Jade wasn't perared for a flock of people to come out of nowhere. She fell backwards and on to Forin. "Sorry Forin!" She said and got off of Forin. Well more like jumpped off of Forin and into Cealius knocking both of them down. "S-sorry Cealius." She said blushing and got off of him. "Twice...twice. I'm filled with shame." She sighed.

Cealus grew very red- even more so than the previous times. He could hear the audible sniggers of several of the older apprentices.

"Um...er..." Cealus stammered, getting up, and holding his hand out to Jade. "Er..s-sorry about that." He grinned half-hardheartedly, sighing with relief as the group of apprentices began to disperse again, though Forin remained and looked rather displeased towards Cealus and Jade.

"Hmph. You two are quite a pair of klutz." She said, turning to speak with Varius.

"Uh Cealus it's my fault." Jade said and truned her head up to the sky. When she looked back at Cealus she seem much more clam. "I really sorry about falling all over you. I uh...I have bad memories about large groups." She looked away.

Cealus smiled. "Yeah...I'm not very good with people either." Cealus brushed himself off, looking at Varius. Varius nodded to something Forin said, and then turned to Jade and Cealus."Well, if you two are ready, I shall take you to the hall were you will be staying." Varius walked off, with Forin giving Jade and Cealus a dirty look before following him.

"What's up with Forin?" Cealus muttered, "She's just so mean."

"She just made she'll get over it." Jade sighs. "But how long will that take." Jade looks at the Master. "Okay." She says and starts to walk behind Forin. "Come on Cealus!" She calls behind her with a smile.
