Cealus thought about that, scratching his chin. "Toast. French Toast. I don't know what this 'France' place is, but they apparently make good toast." He smiled, attempting to look over the line and see what was being served today, but a rather tall student blocked his vision.

"I don't have any idea what you talking about." Jade said matter-of-factly. "Though, now I want to go there." She said and sighed. The begin to move along and soon it was Ceal's turn to go.

Cealus shrugged, "Meh, but I can't..urgh, see what they're making today..." Cealus sighed, having stopped the vain attempt to get a better look. The line progressed and the day's Breakfast was...

Waffles and eggs.

"Close enough." Cealus said.

"It's like second best." Jade laughed and gave a large smile.

"Waffles are good too." She said with glee and gave another laugh.

Cealus nodded, grabbing a tray as the server piled of a waffle, and two eggs. Cealus shrugged, and now at the end of the line, looked around for Forin. He spotted her, but she was off at the far end of the room, sitting and chatting with another boy.

"It looks like Forin's a bit...busy."

Jade took a tray herself and the server put food on it. "I noticed. I glad for her let's leave them too it." She gave a knowing smile.

"Now why don't we sit down ourselves." She said.

Cealus nodded, finding a table, and sat down in it. "Whelp...uh...." He said, then stopped, "What do you...uh...want to talk about?" We managed a sort of awkward smile, trying to poke interest into the conversation.

Jade sat down across from him."Well after we eat I need to talk to you again in my room." She said and sighed.

"It won't be as last time promise." She added.

Cealus nodded, "Alright." He blinked, and thought for a minute, "Uh....could I ask....what's it like from where you're from? You're from Traverse Town or something, right? What's it like there?"

"Oh, you mean you want to here about my past right?" Jade asked and sighed.

"My past is pretty vague." She gave a little shy laugh.

"And from what I can remember I spent more time training then anything else. Other than that I spent a lot of time crying and hurt. Yeah,my childhood was bad. I ran away a lot too." She looked at her food and took a big bite of it.

Cealus smiled weakly. "I've run away a few times....but mostly because I was naive then. I never really trained....the idea to become a Keyblade wielder came to me when I had met Master Nalicus....when he was still a good guy." Cealus sighed, "I would like to visit Traverse Town some day. I hear it's very serene."

"No,not really, the crime rate is very high. In fact a gang killed my father. Though, if your only passing thou is quite nice." Jade sighs at this.

"I really hate crime and only wanted to make my dad proud." She takes another big bite of her food.

"I guess that'll never happen now." She stares at the tray.

"Crime?" Cealus looks at Jade, "Being the Lord's Son...I'm not used to seeing crime, and there's very little of it in Radiant Garden. But....when such an event happened....I'm sorry for that."

Jade just took another rather large bite of her food. "Traverse Town is a place where those without home end up. Maybe it's there because of the Qualia." She said looking away.

Cealus made a half-hearted smile, and finished off his meal. "But I know things will get better for you. Besides, you're here, aren't you? That's proof enough that things will be getting better for you."

"Maybe...maybe not....I mean we're in a war right now! I don't....know if that's really better." Jade quickly finished off her food.

"Uh anyways maybe we should head to my room." She said getting up.

Cealus nodded, putting his tray on the labeled bin. He looked back at Forin, who still seemed involved with the boy she had met. He nodded at that turning back to Jade. He offered his hand once more, smiling a little.

Jade also put her tray in the been. Then took Ceal's hand with a smile. "Let's get going before the Masters grab hold of us." She said with a smile.

"Even if that does happen you must'n fail the plan." She said darkly.

Cealus rolled his eyes, "Right the 'Trick the demon-god into thinking you'll obey him, then smack him around a bit when he isn't looking plan'." Cealus smiled, trying to poke some fun out of the situation. He sighed, looking down as he took his steps.

"Hey,it's the best I could think of!" Jade exclaimed then sigh.

"No but really it seems the safest thing to do right now." She said and opened the door for Ceal. "Out cha go." She said with a smile.

"Right, right." Cealus mumbled, following Jade out of the cafeteria. "So..to your room it is, right?" Cealus asks, tilting his head to one side, but thought about it. "Yeah...." He muttered, sighing.

Jade let go of Ceal's hand and started down the path to the dorms herself. "I'm glad you get it! I'll be going ahead." She said and opened the door to the dorms. Then quickly went to her room.

Cealus stopped for the moment, tilting his head again. "What...?" He sighed, quietly walking along the path, passing only a few Apprentices, now none of them gave him a sidewards glance, they too quietly walked by.

Cealus reached the dorms, entered and made his way up the steps. "I'm here." He said, reaching Jade's room.

Jade opened the door. "Then come in." She said. "And sit down on my bed." She added. She gave a sigh and started to talk again staying close to the door. "Alright,Ceal." She said.

Cealus came in as requested, and sat down upon Jade's bed. "Alrighty....so, what is it you need to talk about today?" Cealus asked, only tilted his head slightly, in a inquisitive position.

I hope it isn't as grave as last night's chat.... He thought, sighing a bit at that.
