Jade put on the new cloths and thanked the nice young women. "Sure, sure." She said and pushed Jade back out the door, but not before taking Jade's other cloth. Not that she'd need them hopefully.

As Cealus quietly walked along the street, two boys and a girl passed by him, in some sort of game. One of them, a tall kid with disheveled hair, psuhed Cealus out of the way, and knocking him down. "Hey!" Cealus exclaimed, getting up and dusting himself off.

The group stopped, and slowly walked back over to Cealus.

"Oh, sorry dude, didn't see ya there." One said, awkwardly rubbing the back of his head.

"It's fine..." Cealus said, sighing. "Oh come on now!"  The kid said, walking over and slapping Cealus on the back, "Name's Pence, by the way."

"I'm Cealus."

Jade sighed and righted herself. "Alright!" She cheered herself on. "Time to fine Ceal." She start off on her little 'hunt'. Soon enough she spotted Ceal.

"What is he doing?" She asked herself, doing so not the be loud about it.

"I'm Colette." The girl said, "I'm Hayner." The boy that had knocked down Ceakus said. "Well, uh....I better be going." Cealus said, beginning to walk off back towards Jade. "Hey." Hayner said, and Cealus paused, "You look like a guy who can fight. I challenge you to a match in the Struggle Tournament!" With that, Hayner went from the quiet, regretful boy to a very head-strong lad.

"What?!" Cealus exclaimed, and Hayner edged closer to him, "That's right! I'm tired of losing! I'm gonna fight you, and show everyone my strength!" WIth that, Hayner stormed off, grumbling something about bacon.

Jade leaned against and let this 'Hayner' guy pass and made her way over to Ceal. "What's his problem?" She asked.

"He looks more ready to go than the tram. " She said with a smirk.

"I...don't know. He wanted me to join some 'Struggle Tournament.' I saw a flyer, it looks like a sparring competition." Cealus said, looking at Jade with a smile, "I was actually going to ask you if I could join. Seeing as we're only here for a small time, I know you'd rather get going."

"When is it?"  Jade asked.

"If it's soon you can enter." She said with a smile smile.

"It said Saturday...but seeing as we just leaped through time...I have no idea what day it is." Cealsu sighed, looking up at the clocktower, then at the sun, which strangely enough, did not to seem to have set as of yet.

"Well ask someone." Jade said and gave a sigh.

"Also be sure to win." She add mockingly.

Cealus sighed, looking around. At this point, no one else besides Jade and him were on the street. "Man, it sure is quiet around here." He muttered, turning to Jade.  "It'll be weird though...going up to someone asking: 'What day is it?!'."

"Nah." Jade said matter-a-factly.

"It'll be fine." With that she gave a smile.

Cealus nodded. "Yeah...might as well as try. It's not if we haven't yet been labeled as 'weird' by the entirety of the town." Cealus offered his hand again to Jade, a sweet smile on his face.

"You know, I like it here. It feels like a very calm place here."

Jade smiled and nodded taking Ceal hand. "Not yet we haven't." She gave a weak laugh.

"But soon." She said with a smile.

Cealus also laughed, "Hah, if we haven't yet, then obviously we aren't trying hard enough. I'm fairy certain we werre labeled as 'weird' by at least day one of the Academy." Cealus smiled, but sighed, and wondered what had become of the Land of Departure.

Jade nodded. "That's true." She said and gave a smile.

"But I don't mind." She said happily.

Cealus nodded again, "Neither do I...back in Radiant Garden, a lot of the nobles there really didn't like me all too much. Said I was too weird because I spent most of my days with the 'lower-class peasants'." Cealus said, and with a smile, "I think that was better for me. Spending time with the cook and guards tuaght me thinks the average aristocrat doesn't know."

"It might be time I stopped telling you lies." Jade said looking rather glum.

"I've been not telling you something rather important." She gave a stressed look.

"I don't know how to start off with this." Jade gave a pained look, almost as if talking about it hurt her deeply.

Cealus looked at Jade, his expression becoming slightly worried, "A confession...?" Cealus sighed, "It isn't lying to someone if you haven't told someone something....I mean..' Cealus sighed again, seeing Jade's worried glance.

Jade looked at Ceal. "Do you remember where I said Iived?" She looked around the area they were at.

"My story like most when I was born. Let's just skip in till right before my father died." She said and gave a weak smile.

Cealus nodded, "Yes..and not to sound rude, but by a gang...right?" Cealus made an awkward expression, not used to touchy subjects like this.

"What...happened..? I mean, i can think of many scenarios....but I believe yours was unique..."

"So,you do remember. Well that's is the truth but...I never lived in TT in till after my father died. In truth I don't know who I got there. I just woke up there. Really,I don't even remember where I came from. I remember always looking at the water though. My father used to tell me my mother came from the sea in a dream." Jade sighed remembering this.

"You said that Traverse Town is a place people who are lost end up...did something happen to your world? And you remember water...?" Cealus put his hand to his chin, pondering. "I've heard of a mystical place...it's called Destiny Islands. It's only a legend, as far as I am aware."

"I don't know. I was so young." Jade start get flash-backs and a dreamy smile appears on her face.

"As I matter a fact I do think it was,but then...why?" She asked to herself.

Cealus resumed his thinking, "I...don't know. The legend itself was vague. Just a fishing community boredering an island said to be a 'prison' of sorts. Then one day, it disappeared. No one knows why."

"I just don't remember much...when I think about I remember the sound of the ocean. I'd like to visit it someday to be sure." Jade said and looked to the sky.

"We should just about get going." She said.
