Posted

Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

Just follow the usual Roleplay and Forum rules and such. That is all.

Cealus nodded, gingerly stepping through the portal. He wasn't being cautious because of a lack of trust, he meerly did it, in the event something important might be happening on the other side. He came through the portal safely, glad to see Yen-Sid's large tower still there.

"Awesome, we made it safe and sound."

Jade followed and once on the other side closed it."Okay, seems like it worked." She said.

"Now let's get anwsers." She said.

Cealus nodded, looking up at the crooked tower.

"Oh wait...we have to climb the stairs again, don't we..?" Cealus muttered, not looking forward to the long trek. He sighed at that, pushing open the large window door that lead inside Yen-Sid's tower.

Jade followed him. "Okay." She said.

"I think it'll be easier this time."

Cealus nodded again, beginning to climb up the stairs. For some reason, even though the stairs were seemingly infinite, the climb felt shorter to Cealus. He made it to Yen-Sid's study in no time.

"Hunh...that was quicker than I thought.."

Jade followed out suit." See..I told you." She seemed a tad bit out of breath.

"Whew...." She said trying to catch her breath.

  • Author

"Yeah...maybe Yen-Sid realized 100 flights of stairs isn't a good idea.." Cealus said, rapping his knuckle upon Yen-Sid's door.

"Come in." A rough voice replied, and Cealus carefully opened the door.

"Cealus? Jade?" Yen-Sid exclaimed, standing up from his desk, "It's...been a long time...how...are you two still alive?"

"Long story." Jade said and leaned on the wall.

"To make it short Xehanort." She said.

Yen-Sid sighed, sitting down. He stroked his beard, nodding.

"I...feared as much. Xehanort has been getting far more rampant lately. He is up to something, and I presume you came here to find out."

Cealus nodded, "Yes, sir."

"Xehanort....where should I begin? Once he was a Master...but befell into Darkness. He wanted knowledge. And sought the X-Blade, so he can recreate the Keyblade War. Now, his plan is getting more and more sinister...I fear."

"I...see." Jade said and looked around the room.

"So...how can we defeat him?" She asked.

  • Author

"Xehanort...requires a great deal of teamwork to combat his strength and wit. He isn't one who can be simply be beaten..his plans are too complex, too thought out to be bested by pure strength." Yen-Sid replied, in his cryptic manner of speaking.

"Well...uh, is there any way to get stronger? Could you train us...I mean, you're a Master, right?" Cealus asked, trying not to be rude.

"I am. And perhaps I could...however, I must warn  you- this path is a dangerous one. If you are to defeat Xehanort...you must have more then strength."

"Okay....let's do this then." Jade said.

"Just tell we won't get killed by doing this." She said.

Yen-Sid shook his head. "No, where you are going- death is impossible. The Wielders Sora and Riku came to this same place- but their test ended in near-catastrophe. To circumvent that, this will be no test...more of a gauging of your skills."

Yen-Sid stood up, and Cealus saw just how imposing the wizard was. Yen-Sid was tall, and his face was stern. He slowly made his way to Cealus and Jade.

"You will be sent to where the Sleeping Worlds Lay. This world will be random- based on the memories of one of you."

"Are you ready? Do you have any questions?"

Nodded slowly. "Alright then, that sounds fair." She said with a sigh.

"Although...why anyone would want to start a war I don't understand." She got off the wall.

  • Author

"As I said- Xehanort has been corrupted by his own curiosity. He wants knowledge- and the Keyblade War is something none of us know anything about. He wants to know, and will do anything to learn about what had happened." Yen-Sid replied, sighing. "Any other questions?"

Cealus shook his head, "Not for me...sir."

"To save the time I'm going to say no." Jade said.

"So let's just start whatever it is we're doing." She said.

Yen-Sid approached Cealus and Jade, towering over the both of them. He rested his aged palms upon their heads, closing his eyes.

"As I said- I do not know exactly where you will be taken to...nor if you will be together. But fear not, even if you are separated, your Hearts are connected." Yen-Sid said, and magic energy poured from his palms.

"Head now...into the Realm Where Worlds Sleep."

Jade didn't know how to respond. "This is a little silly." She thought.

She sighed and opened her eyes to see wasn't in the tower. "I guess it worked." She said.

Cealus sighed, feeling as if he wasn't in the Tower anymore. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in an alleyway. The walls beside him were a dark brown, and made up of bricks. Cealus looked around, realizing Jade wasn't near.

Maybe she's just a bit away. He thought, walking out of the alley. When he did- he found himself in an open area. The area seemed so serene, the grays, browns, reds, and yellows blending in a beautiful way. In front of him, was a tall-ish building, with a yellow neon sign declaring 'Jewellery'.

"Where...am I..?"

She looked around"Ceal,Ceal!" She called not seeing him around.

She sighed not noticing Ceal anywhere. "Gah better look around." She said.

Cealus walked around this open area, taking in the sights. It felt homely, and very serene. Yet, it had a desolate feel to it. As if, the travelers that came were far and few between. Cealus became saddened by that thought, unsure why.

"I've got to find Jade." He muttered to himself, beginning to run off.

"Oh....noo...I think that this is Tt,but everyone...is gone!" Jade took a deep breath.

"It's just a dream....just remeber that." She whispered.

Cealus burst into another area, yelling out Jade's name.

"Jade! Jaaaaade!" He called, stopping at a railing. Below, was another open area. Continuing with the Town's theme, it was calm and soothing. Cealus hurled himself over the railing, landing on the blue cobblestone below. As he did so, a flurry of monsters appeared. They were multicolored, and appeared threatening.

"W-what?!" Cealus exclaimed, unleashing his Keyblade.

As she walked around a little more and she noticed that she was in the forth district. "Oh....I see what he means now." She whispered and heard some noises behind her, slowly she turned to see.

Several monsters had popped out into existence, and had Cealus not been threatened, he would've had thought they were cute. One of them, a large panda-like creature, slowly made his way to Cealus. He didn't expect anything, and was surprised when the massive bear smacked him upside the head. Cealus landed a few feet away, stumbling back up.

"Okay. No more mister nice guy." Cealus muttered, looking up at the monsters again. He charged with courage, whipping his blade around as he slammed into the bear.
