Posted

Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

Just follow the usual Roleplay and Forum rules and such. That is all.

"Mm." Cealus nodded an agreement, looking at Jade with a smile, "Yeah." He didn't say much after that, simply staring off as the sun began to set, nearly disappearing from the horizon. Behind him, everyone else sat or leaned against something, also watching the sun made way for night. Soon, they would fight Xehanort. And the would experience what true darkness was.

Jade smiled and looked at the sky."I think the sky is pretty." She said slowly.

She yawned."Sora and Mickey better get here soon." She yawned.

"Yeah." Cealus said in reply, looking up at the sky, which was a mixture of purple and pink. He heard a whooshing sound, and turned to see Mickey and Sora step out of a portal, and into the sandy beach.

"Heya fellas! We were off talking to Master Yen-Sid, and we've gotten everything ready! We even got a few extra people to come and help!" Mickey said, smiling brightly. "Like who?" Cealus asked, and Sora looked at him, "A few. Donald, Goofy, Leon, this guy named Zack that is very interested in Aqua, and a few others." Sora said, and Aqua sighed.

Jade laughed. "Makes sense." She shook her head.

She laid on the sand."I surre~ am tired." She gave another yawn.

Cealus yawned, realizing how tired and drained he had become from just sparring. "Whoah..I kinda am too." Cealus looked to Sora, "Hey, um...are there any beds or something?" Cealus asked, and Sora point to one of the tree-houses.

"We've got several set up there."

With that, Cealus looked over to Jade, "You ready to hit the hay? Because I sure am.."

"Surre am,boy-o." Jade said and got up rather quickly.

"Remember last night~" She asked him.

"Um..not really." Cealus confessed, looking down at the sandy floor as he nervously went through his black hair, "S-sorry...but they  way you're acting...it must've been something I should've remembered." Cealus said, standing up as he dusted himself off.

"But uh, if ya' don't mind...I'm gonna take a look around the island."

"Oh...yeah...sure. It's not that important anyway!" Jade looked away from Ceal.

"Well...I'll be fine." She laughed nervously.

Cealus stopped, turning back to Jade.

Darn it. It has to be important, then. Ergh, come on brain, work! Cealus thought, soon thinking off a personification of his brain replying back to him with 'I'm trying, Cealus!' which made Cealus smile slightly.

"Oh, I remember now!" Cealus exclaimed, "We uh...Heh.." Cealus mumbled, "I remember, don't worry. But I'm still gonna explore if you don't mind.."

Jade blushed."Yeah,it's still okay. Just don't get lost~" She teased with a smile.

"Alright~ I shall be off then." She said.

Cealus waved his hand, "I'm not gonna get lost, yeesh...the island isn't that big." Cealus said, walking off and out of view. He walked about the girth of the island, soon stopping at another beautiful part of the beach. Near a bridge, laid a perfect nestle of a low-hanging tree. It seemed perfect to sit on, and Cealus did so. On one end of the tree were massive, yellow fruit.

"Wow..they're shaped like stars." He murmured, looking off into the sunset.

*time skip*

Jade layed in bed peacefully asleep. At least in till the dream started. Like always it started as a happy dream. A good dream. Though it slowly turned darker. Darker and darker still.

After a while, Cealus grew restless from just sitting on the tree, and soon walked back to join Jade. Once he arrived in the small tree house, he sat down next to Jade. He smiled, poking her cheek. Cealus tilted his head, seeing her in another bad dream.

"It's alright.." He whispered, kissing her cheek, "Just calm down like you tell me to." And with that, Cealus fell asleep.

Jade blushed in her sleep;meanwhile in her dream she did something she never did before. She felt something happen to her. She,now unlike before felt like she could banish the darkness away.

Cealus fell into a rather deep sleep, and watched as his own nightmare unfolded. He was back in his own time...but there was flames. and three figures. Beside each figure was a large, grotesque shadow. Cealus shivered, accidently rolling a bit closer to Jade as he slept.

Jade woke up with a start as Ceal bumped into her."I glad.."She whispered and soon fell back asleep this time to a rather dreamless state. Slowly the time slipped past and it became morning.

Cealus woke up, rubbing his face as he sat forward. Looking around, it took him several moments to realize where he was.

Oh. Still on Destiny Islands. He thought, yawning as he sat forward. Jade slept soundly next to him, and he smiled. "Wakey wakey.." He murmured, giving her a little shake, "Today's the day we go fight Mr. Evil-old-guy. So wake up~"

Jade woke up to Ceal pestering her. She sighed and slipped her shoes on. "Alright, mister pushy pants." She said this playfully.

She got out of bed quickly making it neat."I bet where late." She scanned the room.

"No one is here." She added.

Cealus smiled playfully, getting up as he slipped his black boots on. He looked outside, and didn't see anyone else.

"It's still kinda early...maybe they're sleeping elsewhere?" Cealus asked out loud, yawning while stretching, "Eh...I certainly could use some more sleep. 'Had an odd dream last night.." Cealus shook his head, rubbing his black hair as he rested his shoulders against a window.

Jade laughed as she walked over a patted his back. "I don't I had some killer sleep. I finally got over my nightmares,I think it was thanks to you. I heard your voice in my dreams last night." She smiled.

  • Author

"Oh..." Cealus said, at a loss for words.

Hunh I actually did that? All I remember doing is falling asleep, and then waking up after rolling over to be right next to her. He thought, his face quickly gaining a red blush as he quietly fidgeted with his hands.

Jade smiled and placed her arms around Ceal. "I love you." She whispered slowly.

She rested her head on her shoulder. "Let me stay like this..." She whispered.

Cealus slowly nodded, staying silent. He let Jade rest her head and hold onto him, as he listened to the quiet crashing of waves, as they lapped at the sandy shore. It was a near-perfect moment.

It's times like this that are perfect. I wish it would last forever. Cealus thought, looking to Jade with a smile.

Jade felt her cheeks go a light pink. "I...I guess the early bird gets the worm." She said slowly.

She let go of him and moved to lean on the wall/tree thingy. "So um we could go down now.."

Cealus sighed, then nodded. "Alright." He finally said, turning away from the window. He walked up to the doorway, momentarily looking outside. Now, Lea and Aqua were out, seemingly setting things up on a wooden table. "Yeah, let's hurry up." Cealus said aloud, looking back at Jade. He still smiled, but it was smaller; and not as cocky as his previous ones were.

We'll be up against Xehanort soon. I'm just worried about....that Nobody thing he mentioned.
