So Im on Standard mode and to get the secret ending I know I have to:

  • Get 7 trophies
  • Get all the gold letters in the credits
  • And answer all the 3 questions right at the end of the game

So I have got all the requirements and stuff and I still didn't obtain the secret ending video. I checked that I have 7 trophies, and I got all the gold letters in the credits. And I'm sure that I got the 3 questions right after doing it in Theater Mode.

So is that what the problem is? That I have to answer the questions by defeating the 3 last bosses and not by answering the questions in Theater? Is there something that I'm missing here?

I really appreciate you guys answering my question. Thanks

Refight all the bosses and answer 3,2,2 for the questions.

You have to actually be in story mode and it doesn't just play at the end of the credits like in other games, you have to go to theatre mode.

^^ This. And you don't need the gold letters for the secret ending. only the secret message.

Fight Xemnas first with Sora and then fight Riku's bosses then watch the endiing credits again, it's most likely after the credits

It won't come at the end of the credits you either have to load the completed file or start a new game plus, when you enter the menu it should say that the secret ending is unlocked
