yea, and don't worry about the postbox thing, that's after you interact with Neku in the third district, there's a way to go from the first straight to the third and back again but it's locked until that interaction...

HHHEEEEEELLLLPPPPP i'm going nuts! i have been all over the third district and scoured all of traverse town, but i cannot find Neku, i have now found a room full of monorail tracks? which i entered next to the post box, can anyone tell me where i am going wrong, i am unable to find Joshua and Beat with Riku either, thanks.
