Okok so i unlocked the secret message in the credits,

and I don't understand what it means...Can you explain it to meh?

*SPOILER It most likely means that they're making an HD collection to either go alongside with KH3, or that they're just making an HD collection to hold us over until KH3. At least I think that's what it means.
