i beated the game and now i want to complete all special portals but i cant open any off the portals

make sure you are zoom in on the map

Just go to where you fought the boss the fist time. The only bosses you don't refight in the portals are the Dive bosses, Chernabog, and the TWTNW bosses.

Well do you tap on them on the touch screen? if so, then you've got a bug in your game.

i guess that its a glitch cuz i can use every portal on my second save file

1 - Make sure you're zoomed at the max.

2 - are you in the right spot? See if you're bellow or such
