I honestly do not have the patience today to deal with this myself. On Google Chrome, I go to look at an image(this is the same for any normal image on a site) and it only appears when my mouse hovers over it. There are no extensions active, and I already went as low as checking Internet Explorer to see if it was just my computer, but the pictures are alright on that.

Please help me. Or I may have to go beg my 7 year old brother, who shouldn't have been on it in the first place, to tell me what the hell it is he did.
