I keep getting logged out of PSN/XboxLive

Ok, so my wifi signal strenth in my room with my ps3 and xbox is ussually around 60% -80% but sometimes it will log me out of psn/xboxlive. but the thing is. i can immidiatly log right back on. but its very annoying if im playing multiplayer. and i have to reset the whole match. Can anyone help me on this ;o; Thanks :3
