So news is Versus won't be making an appearance at this years TGS. But will make one sometime next year in some form.. So I'm guessing we really won't be getting our hands on Versus til the end of 2013 or the beginning/middle of 2014. I'm only guessing here seeing how the PS3's lifecycle is drawing to a close and next gen specs and hardware are already in development and are likely to release towards the end of 2013. As for Lightning Returns, it actually seems like a real Final Fantasy game. It's open world finally, but interestingly enough it is supposedly going to play like KH opposed to being turn based. Only thing is there's a time restraint much like Majora's Mask where you must save the world in 13 days and using too much of a powerful attack or the monorail system to traverse can speed up the end of the world. The trilogy is all over the place, literally. So I really don't care too much about what happened in XIII-2 I just want to play a good FF game this time around. Seems promising, waiting until some gameplay surfaces to make true judgement.
