Xbox Live help (Keyword: HELP)

I put my Xbox 360 hard drive on my Uncle's Xbox 360 elite, than i did wired connection with my modem. I than made my Xbox live account :3

Things were running smothly until i saw it was in a different laungauge. Telling by the type of money they have you pay, they think im from europe >.>

I checked to see if my settings was messed up but they were fine, i waited a day to see if it would change but it didn't! Please Help a bro be able to play on xbox live and download the Call of Duty World at War Demo, i can't just play Blacklight Retribution on this SUCKING computer >: D ;~; (by the way, it's a Verizon FIOS modem)
