"Foolish boy...he knows he can't control the darkness within him." Another voice responded, "And yet he struggles to try. Until he finds the brother that was separated from him, his darkness will shroud him in confusion forever." The two men disappeared into the dark, smirking under their hoods. The four symbols of darkness were imprinted on the wall in a square: Unversed, Heartless, Nobody, Nightmare. A man with a beard smiled slyly and said, "The x-blade will be mine."
The boy panted as he ran away from the castle. Anywhere but there. He didn't want the overflowing darkness taking him over. He was already a refuge of darkness enough. Heartless appeared out of the ground, ready to strike. The boy stopped and summoned his Keyblade. It was black with sharp "teeth" at the end of the blade. It had a crown symbol engraved on it. It was called Call of the Dark. "Outta my way!" One by one, he took out the Heartless. He jumped into the air and came down with a powerful shockwave, destroying the last group of dark creatures. "...Xehanort, you'll pay!"
It was a great day for the waves. The palm trees had grown more coconuts. The paopu fruit tree had grown more paopu fruits. A boy with a black jacket and black and orange sneakers sat on the bent tree. "Ah...the day's great. Everything...almost seems normal now. Of course, there's the threat of Xehanort, but we deserve ONE day off right? I hope Xehanort agrees to that..." A voice responded, laughing, "Did you eat more of those mushrooms, Sora? Xehanort would never give us a break." Sora replied back, "Riku? What are you doing up so early?" Riku responded, "I could ask the same about you. I was gonna head off to Yen Sid's tower to see if he had any responsibilities for me. I am a Keyblade Master now, after all, right?" Sora nodded. "I was just watching the sunrise. But, I might come too if--" Riku interrupted, "If Kairi comes?" He laughed. Sora, caught off guard, said, "Hey...wait. What? HEY! Come on, Riku, give me a break!"
More running. The boy was almost tired, which was saying something, even if he was running 40 miles in a minute. He stopped for a break and saw an island that seemed good to relax in in the distance. "Maybe *huff* I could *huff* rest there." He ran towards the island, not knowing things were about to change...a lot. And, not just because he had to swim which was something he couldn't do.

Like it? Not exactly a chapter, it was more like a prologue, but I said "chapter" anyway. Comments appreciated.
