I'll include an opening theme for the RP for absolutely no reason at all. I just like it.

I'll begin

~Joshua~
'Congratulations. You are officially a dog of the military.' Fuhrer Roy Mustang told me. I bowed, "Thank you Fuhrer." I said rather nervously but politely. 'Heh, to be honest, I feel better with the title of Flame Alchemist.' Roy told me as he handed me a document and a silver watch. 'There's your State Alchemist silver watch, and those are rules as a State Alchemist. Read them if you want, no one ever does so I really don't care. By the way, from now on the lower ranks'll be kissing up to your a**, you're now the equivalent of a major, "Elemental Alchemist"'. Roy explained to me. "I'll have a look at it. Thanks again Fuhrer Roy Mustang." I said as I walked out. 'Just call me Roy, it just doesn't seem right as a Fuhrer for a title...' Roy said as I walked out. I sighed, "So I am the youngest state alchemist to ever pass now, that's cool." I said, walking out of Central Command.

"Who are you?! Get away! What do you want? Are you here to kill me? I perfer to be alone. Get away from me! Yes, Im another Alchemist, but my parents dont like me using Alchemy. Get away." Ritsu snapped, grabbing her bag and ready to hit Pride with it.

~Pride~

"A bag?" I laughed. "You see a gigantic endless shadow with jaws and eyes, none of which can be harmed, yet you bring a bag to a fight with it? Humans are getting more idiotic by the day! Homunculi will always be superior I suppose." I exclaimed. "You've got guts, I guess that counts for you, let's see where I go with a regular Alchemist." I said vanishing.

Ritsu sighed in relief, lowering her bag. "That was rather stupid of me...maybe I can find a weapon somewhere..." Ritsu said quietly, finding some spare change in her pocket. "Maybe I can go find a good place..." she mumbled.

The alchemist looked over at me a few times, possibly nervous, but I was almost positive he didn't suspect I was a Homunculus. It's funny, he was reading a book on my kind too. I abruptly stood up and asked, "So, are you the new State Alchemist I've heard so much about? Acquainted with the Fuhrer himself from what I hear as well?"

Jin search everywhere in the city and he still can't find the Homunculi."No luck......looks like i have to use this..."Jin said as he clap his hands and his vision become much clearer as if it was like an X-ray."It's this way...."Jin said as he run towards the presence that he feels."I see......the boy with shadows......Pride,huh...."Jin said as he doesn't feel afraid even though it was Pride and there was a girl (Ritsu) was over there."Then again,i have to save her...."Jin said as he approach to them....

Argen looked around, trying to find the leader of the operation. He turned back to the soldier he just met, "Do you know where the Alchemist that called all of us, is?" Argen asked, and the man began to look very worried.

"L-Last I checked, sir, he went in that direction." The soldier pointed off to his left, and Argen nodded his thanks.

If this guy saw a Homunculi...then I must speak to him... Argen thought, running off.

I flinched and nearly jumped as Envy suddenly spoke. Strange...that feeling's been mutual most of the time, guards have kept hesitating and stuttering when they know my being as a State Alchemist. "Y-yes, I'm Joshua Akira-- or the 'Elemental Alchemist'." I said. "And yes, I know the Fuhrer very well, him and his assistant Riza Hawkeye saved my life." I said, closing my book. "Sorry-- who are you?"

Oh boy, I had his full attention now, I had to think of something fast. "My name is...... Sergeant Michaels and I've been sent on this mission of being your personal bodyguard!" I replied, breathing a sigh of relief on this inside. I never thought I could come up with something so brilliant in such a short time. "At your assistance sir! Might I ask, what are you reading about there?" I asked, pointing to the book.

(A BODYGUARD?! How old do they think I am?! I can take care of myself!) I complained in my head, acting casual externally. "Hm? Who sent you to me as a bodyguard?" I asked. "Oh-- this is just a complicated Alchemy book...its on...artificial humans."

(You don't know I'm Envy yet right?)

  • Author

(You don't know I'm Envy yet right?)

Nope, if a character thinks or knows your Envy, I'll say it in quotation or think it in parentheses. So no he doesn't know.

Uzia noticed Joshua, and Envy. Feeling lonely, she hurried over. "Um....Hello.......What-ever your names are. Good bye now!" she quickly said after stepping back.

(.... We're in a secure library, how did you get in?)

"Artificial humans you say?" I asked, looking down at the book. A sinister smile crept upon my face as I looked back into Joshua's eyes. My eyes turned bright red as I said the words, "Like a Homunculus, right?" I had my hand on my dagger behind my back, ready to strike. Just then, a girl interrupted us asking for our names, before stepping backwards. I quickly moved in between Joshua and the girl, pulling the dagger out and aiming it at the girl instead of Joshua. "See? This is why you need a bodyguard, this girl could have tried to kill you!" I shouted almost insanely, going with my lie of being a bodyguard to make it more believable. "You need to get out of here now girl!" I shouted in a hostile manner to the girl. I wasn't about to let her interfere with the task I'd been given.

(Meh, she could have snuck in)

"Kill? I would never do that!"  Uzia exclaimed. "Or maybe I would......" she said under her breath. "Let's just not start a fight, 'kay?"

"I'm not starting a fight, I'm telling you to leave. I could have you arrested right now because this is a restricted area only, for guards and State Alchemists. What business do you have here?" I said, lowering the knife but still keeping it unsheathed. I glanced back at Josh to make sure he was still there. At this rate, I'd be discovered and everyone we'll know something's up. I should have killed that guard who's appearance I copied when I had the chance, but for now I'd had an opportunity to seclude Josh from the others, until this girl came along. Maybe I was acting too paranoid in my disguise.....

"Well, if you want me to leave, then I'll leave. You don't want me here, so I will go.....by the way, where's the door? I have a hard time seeing in enclosed areas." Uzia was feeling uncomfortable.

I put away my knife, then grabbed the girl's arm. "Wait here Joshua, if you would. I need to.... talk, to you," I said, then started leading the girl away. We went out a back entrance only accessible from the inside (emergency exit), free of any guards. We were alone and nobody was around us. I hadn't killed anyone in a few hours either, and I was starting to miss the feeling. I let go of the girl, then turned to her and my evil smile reappeared on my face. "You have a hard time seeing enclosed areas huh? Well, you're gonna have a hard time seeing this." I transformed into her appearance right in front of her eyes, and in her voice said, "Those tales you've heard, about monsters that are pure evil.... Those are true. I'm one of them!" My eyes lit up red, then I grabbed quickly transformed back into my original appearance and picked her up off of the ground by her throat. Laughing manically, I shouted, "You humans are pathetic and weak! You don't have the strength to fight us, and nobody will be able to save you now!" I might have accidentally said that too loud. My grip tightened on her neck as I held the girl I'd just met in the air. "Who's gonna help you now?" I snarled.

Ritsu, frightened by Pride, has gave up on her journey, and began walking back home. She retraced her steps, then as she approached the library, the disturbing presece reached her again. Ritsu stopped and looked at the library for a second, observing it. Something wasn't right here. If she got in a fight, what was she going to fight with, her bag? No...she would have to use Alchemy. Ritsu slowly approached the library, halfway she stopped and flicked her head over to the side of the building, seeing Envy...and another girl...maybe a friend she could have. 'Go Ritsu, go!' she urged herself. Ritsu took a deep breath and dashed over to Envy and kicked him in the leg. "Drop the girl! What do you think you are doing? What did she do wrong?" Ritsu asked, ready to use her Alchemy.

Startled, I dropped the girl and clenched my private parts, an instant frown on my face. "You little- You hit me in the-," I cut myself off from talking as I noticed another witness had been the one that kicked me. I leaned back up against the wall and let myself re-cooperate, then stood there a few moments in silence. For about 10 seconds, I said nothing as I looked at the new girl. Finally, after close examination, I broke my silence and said, "She did nothing, I just didn't like the way she was looking at me. Interesting.... a human willing to sacrifice her life for another. For all you knew, I could have had a gun and killed you both, yet you heroically stormed in and stopped me. Your kind is.... unique. I will let you both live for now. Spread the word, the Homonculi have returned!" I snapped around and sprinted off quickly, laughing like crazy as I disappeared into the darkness of the night. I'll be back to manipulate Joshua. After actually getting a chance to meet him, I had a feel for what his mentality was like.... and I knew how to use it against him.

"Success!" Ritsu said with a huge smile. She then turned and looked at the other girl. "Hey, are you okay? Sorry he had to bug you...he is just some idiot Homonculi. I'm Ritsu. Who are you? What is your rank? I am just a plain old Alchemist." Ritsu explained, helping the girl up. "I felt a disturbance, so the disturbance led me here, and it was the Homonculi..." she said, observing the girl.

"Thank you............My name.........is Uzia.  I think." Uzia said. "Rank..........I think I'm around the same rank as you........My mind's clugged up by that idiot. Don't remember anything since that blackout. That was a blackout, right? By the way, I like your name."

"Thanks, your name is nice to. Um......black...out?" Ritsu looked around for a second. "No...there was no black out. You're not good at meeting new people are you? I'm really not either." Ritsu said with a small laugh. "Sorry....I talk to much sometimes..." Ritsu said quietly.

"That's fine. I guess you live a pretty normal life." Uzia stared at the ground, looking away from Ritsu.

Edited by SoraBlade

"What's wrong? Do you not live a normal life? I mean don't envy me or anything. My dad has to work a lot, and I don't see him. I have a little brother and one older sister who is usually training in Alchemy..." Ritsu explained, looking worryingly at Uzia.

"Yours seems so easy to my life. I have difficulty jumping, running, getting air, and about everything. I should mention, I can't touch living tthings with my hands....or I burn them." Uzia confessed.
