Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted January 17, 2013 Those of you who read the Frankenstein book, I need your help. The question I have is "In what ways is Frankenstein's monster like any human being?" The only thing I can think of is that he is a dead creature that actually has feels and longed for a human friend. one sentence answer should be enough. it's for my study guide for tomorrow's midterm. Thanks.
WakelessDream 2,297 Posted January 17, 2013 Your question probably wants you to be more analytic, but I'm just going to state the obvious ways he's like a human: Well he's humanoid is he not? as in he looks human (has hands legs eyes etc) He learns things like a human does right? (I believe he taught him self how to read and speak english ) Like you said he has feelings he gets angry, sad, and all those other sentiments. He longs for a friend or companion. I read the book about 2~3 years ago so correct me if I'm wrong on any of this. I just realized you said a one sentence answer and I provided a list, sorry about that.
