I assume you mean Critical Mode, and that is the fourth option on the difficulty list when starting a new game after completing the game for the first time. 

Just pick a new mode o.O

if you mean new game plus then same thing but it'll ask if you want to transfer your stuff from  another file. You say yes and pick the file.

Just be careful playing critical mode. Don't underestimate the difficulty. A little strategy for critical mode. Focus mainly on getting as much abilities from your dream eaters as you can. It takes some time but your lvl and stats will go way up.

Haha, thanks for the tip. I can't remember why I said that as I've only played the highest difficulty on Kh2, and some of the worlds in Re: Coded. So yeah maybe, maybe not.
