I know what I'd do.

Step 1: Change the site to KH13: for Kind hedgehogs

Step 2: Get rid of all kingdom hearts forums and replace them with hedgehog forums

Step 3: Make everything more hedgehoggy

Step 4:Rule

I'd shut it down, because I'm too lazy to deal with issues of whether the quota should exist etc. I'd probably just give it to Keys and Shera instead actually.
