I have a few questions about this:A) What the highest rank can a dream eater go? Normally it's S.

 

B) I know you can increase rank by giving it more items but can you increase it after you made your Dream Eater or do you need to make a new one?

 

C) What does the Rank effect? Do you get stronger/more abilities with higher rank? Exp. Meow Wow (Rank D) knows Cure and Cura, would Meow Wow (Rank S) know Curaga and Curaja?
