I really really want a Riolu or a Lucario and I'm willing to trade any of my Pokemon to anyone who gives me any of them even if they're level1

Go to the GTS building in Goldenrod City(a huge building in the west of the city)

 

then go the Nurse Joy on the upper left when you enter and then choose trade when you talk to her.

 

Offer your Lucario for a Groudon and when you see someone named SONYA (in all caps)....that'll be me and then we can begin to trade.

 

As for the connection....try connecting to a broadband that doesn't have a password since the DS doesn't support it

that's not what I mean, i meant that as soon as i enter the room it show a blue screen saying that it failed to connect, that's the problem i have. i try many attempts but it won't work

I used to have this problem until I connected to another broadband......try changing your Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection setting
