Somewhat based off Tomb Raider (2013)

 

Story

You are traveling with others on a cruise ship for vacation. During your vacation, the ship sails into the Dragon’s Triangle, east of Japan and is suddenly struck by a sudden violent storm. The ship starts to get badly damaged and everything flashes before your eyes. The next thing you know, you wake up on a stranded island with none of the other passengers in sight. Also this stranded island holds many secrets that were hidden from the world for centuries. With danger lurking around every corner, will you survive to find a way off this island or will you perish without the hopes of anybody ever finding you?

Basics:

-there are other people on this island besides the survivors with guns, so guns are allowed

-you'll obtain your weapon a little later on after the RP has started

-you start off alone in the RP but you will come across other survivors from the ship wreck eventually

~KH13 RP rules and guidelines apply

~if your character dies, you can make more, just don’t go too crazy

~There will be gore but don’t get too crazy with it

~ Keep romance at PG14

A rock ended up hitting Derik on the back of his head. "Must you all run off while i'm asleep?" Ryu said, annoyed, coming up behind him and crossing her arms. "Well at least we have something to eat for breakfast i guess." Marisa frowned. "Geez why are you so grouchy today?" Ryu sighed and looked away from her. "You are very slow aren't you." "Hey who are you calling slow?!" Marisa shouted 

A rock ended up hitting Derik on the back of his head. "Must you all run off while i'm asleep?" Ryu said, annoyed, coming up behind him and crossing her arms. "Well at least we have something to eat for breakfast i guess." Marisa frowned. "Geez why are you so grouchy today?" Derik shouted. "Hey! Oww! What you do that for!?" His eyes were still kinda cat like. He rubbed the back of his head. "It was Jaze's idea to do this anyway!" He looked at her with a bit of a cat's glare, growling.

"Whatever. Let's just start eating before we go out exploring." Ryu said before she started walking back to the coastline where their campfire was. "Jaze get your cat so we can go have breakfast." Marisa said excitedly and dashed off after Ryu. When the two of them made it back, the fridge that held the food that survived the ship wreck was gone. "What the hell?!" Marisa said and went over to the place where it sat before. "It was just right here, where did it go??" "Well it was too heavy to be dragged off to the water so quickly so someone must have took it. I guess there are survivors here after all." 

"Whatever. Let's just start eating before we go out exploring." Ryu said before she started walking back to the coastline where their campfire was. "Jaze get your cat so we can go have breakfast." Marisa said excitedly and dashed off after Ryu. When the two of them made it back, the fridge that held the food that survived the ship wreck was gone. "What the hell?!" Marisa said and went over to the place where it sat before. "It was just right here, where did it go??" "Well it was too heavy to be dragged off to the water so quickly so someone must have took it. I guess there are survivors here after all." 

"Well, at least we have fish!" Derik popped up behind them. "Animals are a bit faster than normal. Old Man Jaze told me to tell you that we will be leaving soon after we eat the fish!" He sprung down onto the ground and over back to the dimming fire. Derik picked up a few sticks and put them in the fire.

Marisa mourned dramatically over the lost of their food before walking back over to the campsite and popped down in the sand. Ryu placed the fishes on the stick and put them to cook. After a few minutes, the fishes started turning brown and Ryu took one. "Well then, eat up." she said and took a bite.

"Mow." He picked his stick up by the mouth, 4 perfectly cooked fish on its end, and swallowed them hole. Jaze came over and sat down. "People steal our food?"

"Yup"

"Marisa on the ground moping?"

"Yup"

Marisa soon got herself together and started eating. "Hey. That was a good amount of food that could have lasted up a few days. Oh when i get my hands on the bastards that took it-" Ryu looked at her with narrowed eyes and she shut up. "Oh we can go exploring~" She stood up and stuck her stick in the air that had her fish on it. "We shall conquer this land!" Ryu looked back at Derik and whispered "What did you put in her fish?" 

Marisa soon got herself together and started eating. "Hey. That was a good amount of food that could have lasted up a few days. Oh when i get my hands on the bastards that took it-" Ryu looked at her with narrowed eyes and she shut up. "Oh we can go exploring~" She stood up and stuck her stick in the air that had her fish on it. "We shall conquer this land!" Ryu looked back at Derik and whispered "What did you put in her fish?" 

"Chili powder and oregano. As well as some garlic salt and basal. Lucky for me I hid all the spices!" Derik opened up his jacked revealing pockets stuffed with spices, exotic and common, from salt to rosemary.

"Derik, do you ever cease to be weird?" Jaze said jokingly.

"My wonders are infinite, Mow." He scratched his cat ear.

"You are a furry and a chef. Well, not exactly chef."

"I know I still need to work on my cooking skills." He sighed. "I haven't been alive for as long as Ray, nor practiced cooking for as long either."

"Don''t worry. Anyway, we can explore, but we first must check the shores for other survivors or a safer path into the forest than here. Last night, I did a wee bit of exploring, and there are lots of wild animals here that could shred us."

Ryu looked at him funny for a second. "....Okay. Let's start searching the shore then like Jaze suggested." She said and got up to her feet. She then took Marisa's arms and started dragging her along with her. For some odd reason, she didn't bother complaining. Ryu said as she walk walking. "Come one boys, let's get going." Ryu let go of Marisa and saw something shinning in the sand. She got down and started brushing it away to see that it was a machete in a sheath. Her eyes widened for a moment. "I found something!" Marisa shouted, waving some type of knife in the air. "Those beasts don't stand a chance against me now!"

"Well, the more arms we have, the greater chance of survival." Jaze nodded in approval. "But let's keep going. I am unarmed right now, and Derik is armed, but I can't use swords effectively. Once we have all gotten a few more weapons we will be fine."

The four of them were just about to move on when there was a sudden sharp roar coming from the forest. The noise got louder then two dark wolves with deadly red eyes. Everyone was frozen with fear. Marisa was the first one to move, muttering to herself as she was trying to make her way backwards but tripped over some rocks and fell into the water. The wolves instantly got enraged and lunged for them. Ryu threw the sheathe off her machete. "Watch out!" she screamed

The four of them were just about to move on when there was a sudden sharp roar coming from the forest. The noise got louder then two dark wolves with deadly red eyes. Everyone was frozen with fear. Marisa was the first one to move, muttering to herself as she was trying to make her way backwards but tripped over some rocks and fell into the water. The wolves instantly got enraged and lunged for them. Ryu threw the sheathe off her machete. "Watch out!" she screamed

"Hey Wolfie's!" The beasts, about to pounce, landed quickly with Derik taking his two swords out. "Lets dance!" He ran over to them, baring both blades in front of him, he took on one of the wolfs, missing quite a few times at first.

"Derik! Aim, don't just flail. Focus!" The other wolf went for Jaze, but he drop kicked a rock onto it, stunning the beast, but not doing any serious damage.

"Got 'cha Jaze!" He focused, the wolf he was facing lunged, but Derik blocked the blows and flew back. He saw the wolf go in for another attack, but this time he evaided, side stepping, then pulling the blade up through the beast's front paws."Ha ha. The cat outsmarts a dog again."

Marisa emerged out of the water and shook her head. Gaah, why must i be so clumsy!? She thought as she walked onto the sand. She saw the others being attacked by two wolves. "Oh yeah.." she muttered and held her knife steady in her hand. Ryu was running towards Marisa now as the other two took care of the wolves; she looked a bit worried. "Are you okay?" She asked, looking at Marisa all over. Marisa frowned and waved her hand. "Yeah yeah." she said and dashed over to Derik and Jaze, Ryu following after her

"Soggy isn't missing, nice to see you all." He kicked the dog again, this time over the spine. It fell to the ground, but managed to get back up quickly. "A normal creature would have died from that hit. These are abnormal!" He proceeded to deliver a bunch of combos, damaging, but not killing the beast.

"Tell me about it!" The forward paws regrew on the wolf. Derik stabbed and cut the thing, but it just would not die. Derik roared, continuing a long combo, but just like a magnet, it would stick right back together. "WHY WON'T YOU DIE!" Derik yelled.

Marisa jumped back as one of them tried to lunge at her, her skin getting grazed a bit by the beast's claw. "What the hell?! What kind of animals live here?!" Ryu swung her machete down towards its back, digging the blade into its flesh. The beast shed some blood but didn't stagger to the ground instead, turning around and hitting Ryu hard in the leg that was already in bad condition before. Sh e fell to the ground, clutching it in pain. "Get away from her!" Marisa shouted and drove her knife into the wolf's skull. "Guys, aim for the head! I think that's their weak spot!" She shouted as she pulled her now bloody knife from its skull and continued to stab the beast.

"These wolfs are fairly cliche if its there head!" Jaze yelled. "It only makes my job easier, I guess then." He kicked the beast, Derik stabbing it in the face multiple times after. "WHY WON'T YOU JUST DIE!?!" He continued to stab the wolf, only getting more annoyed when it wouldn't die. He continued to slash it, wolf blood everywhere, but it still would not die.

Marisa was just about to stab it again when the wolf she was ontop of dashed back into the forest, leaving her fallen in the sand. The other wolf had retreated also. Marisa coughed as she sat up. "Ack. What was that all about?" She said. Ryu staggered back up to her feet. "Does it matter? At least they're gone." ~~ A girl perched ontop of a tree branch smirked as she looked at Derik, Jaze, Marisa and Ryu. The wolves made it back to her and sat down in silence, with blood trailing down their head and back. She gestured her finger and within moments they were gone

"A woman with wolfs. Greaaaaat. Looks like this will be an easy one," Jaze sarcastically said, plopping down onto the sand. "Sometimes, maybe it would have been better if we never finished SAO." Jaze just lied in the sand.

"Hey, if you never did then you may be dead!" Derik said, trying to keep the energy kinda high. "Anyway, since we have the blood flowing, maybe we should get on with finding some civilization?"

Marisa placed her bloody knife on her belt and stood up. "Finally. Some exploring to do. If we ever come across that bastard and her dogs again, I'll make sure to cute her up into pieces!" She went over and starting dragging Jaze by his foot through the sand as she made her way to the entrance of the forest. "No time to rest!" Ryu sighed as she placed her machete in her sheathe and walked past Derik. "You heard the psychopath, let's go." 

Marisa placed her bloody knife on her belt and stood up. "Finally. Some exploring to do. If we ever come across that bastard and her dogs again, I'll make sure to cute her up into pieces!" She went over and starting dragging Jaze by his foot through the sand as she made her way to the entrance of the forest. "No time to rest!" Ryu sighed as she placed her machete in her sheathe and walked past Derik. "You heard the psychopath, let's go." 

"I think she is just energetic!" He followed Ryu.

Jaze groaned. "Well, How about a minute to sleep? Rest and sleep are two different things." He was getting annoyed at the sand going into his shirt.

"A little too energetic if you ask me." She said to Derik as they stepped into the forest. "No, not even a wink of sleep!" Marisa said to him and then went silent. The forest felt dead silent. Marisa let go of Jaze's foot and it fell with a thud. She quickly went behind Derik. "Why does this place feel creepy all of a sudden?" 

"A little too energetic if you ask me." She said to Derik as they stepped into the forest. "No, not even a wink of sleep!" Marisa said to him and then went silent. The forest felt dead silent. Marisa let go of Jaze's foot and it fell with a thud. She quickly went behind Derik. "Why does this place feel creepy all of a sudden?" 

"I dunno. I can't see anything creepy about it, but then again I am a creeper!" Derik ran in, grabbing Jaze's foot with his tail. "Mow meow meow."

"More like "Ow ow ow"!" Jaze yelled as he was dragged across the floor.

"You OK back there, Jaze?"

"Yeah, its just like a massage!" Jaze yelled back.

"Oh nice! My turn next!"

"You don't... Ow... Under...Ow... stand Ow Sarcasm Ow!"

"......"  "......" Ryu and Marisa kept walking on as Jaze was still squirming on the ground as Derik dragged him along. Ryu took another step forward and something gave way under her. Within an instant, she flung out her machete and stabbed it deep into the wall, stopping her fall. She fell into a hole with a dark pit at the bottom. Marisa looked over the edge. "Yup, people are definitely living here- gross it smells like blood down there." she said and held her nose. "Would you just pull me out of here- waitt..."  Ryu looked down and saw that she could make out some dead bodies at the bottom of the pit with iron spikes sticking out of the ground. Her eyes widened. 

"......"  "......" Ryu and Marisa kept walking on as Jaze was still squirming on the ground as Derik dragged him along. Ryu took another step forward and something gave way under her. Derik stopped, released Jaze, and ran over to the hole. "I got ya I got ya!" He lowered his tail down to Ryu. "Are you OK? No broken bones?"

"Yeah I'm fine but..." She stopped and looked at Derik's tail in front of her. "Are you sure you don't want to pull me up with your hand. I may end up ripping your tail off." She grimaced at the thought of falling to her death if his tail were to rip off. Ryu's machete loosened from the wall a bit and she started to panic a bit. "Hurry! It's not going to stay in that much longer!"
