here is a simple comparison of when Ven and Roxas meet neoshadows

He's just talking about how they surround Roxas/Ven and not the fighting

Possibly just a Neoshadow pack-like attack system or something. Like wolves. I dunno... the Novashadows could be pack leader -shot-

 

But it's probably just some sort of attack system they use when in groups... or it's just a bunch of Heartless going after the same meal/target. Really, it could have no significance whatsoever.

well when ventus was gonna fight the neoshadow they attacked 1 at a time and when roxas went after them they were attacking relentlessly.

no it's supposed to show how they react when they come face to face with a pack of neoshadows, Ven seemed very scared to fight even one while roxas has courage and is able to face and defeat them all

When Ventus encountered the Neoshadows, childish fear took over his mental psyche and made him be defeated easily. Also note the Neoshadows didn't attack one at a time, they pounced on Ventus. With Roxas, his empty feelings and experience with Heartless allowed him to defeat them with absolute mastery. His courage also and forgotten will to avenge Xion also played apart in defeating the Neoshadows. The battle strategy the Neoshadows used against Roxas was they charged at him then pounced in small groups since their were many of them at once.
