I mean, they have to actually translate KHFM, since no one ever made an english patch for it(To this day, i have no firetrucking idea why, probably because it has the least content out of all the FM's and isn't worth the effort, but still).
But with BBSFM and KH2FM, they actually got English patches for emulators and are fully translated(Well BBS is fully translated, KH2 didn't get the explanation screen's translated, I.E. what you do in the struggle tournament or how to beat the mini game in 100 acre wood, etc.).
All they have to do, is ask Keytotruth, and the person who translated KH2FM(sorry if i don't know who did that, its been awhile since i looked it up), and ask if they could use the translation, or buy the rights to use it from them. Or they could just use the translations anyway without their permission.Or they could just outright just translate it themselves and ignore those translations.
Considering how the sooner they get the game out of japan, the sooner they get the money, i think they might consider borrowing the translations from the fan translations and use them to save time rather than just normally translating it.
