Where do you download the BBSFM English patch, the most recent and fully completed version?

Posted

My friend will soon let me borrow his PSP and BBSFM, and he says he doesn't mind if i patch it in English(He's ok with the Japanese text since he can read it, since he's Asian, but he's ok with me patching it in English), but i have no idea where to find it, or how to patch. Can anyone help me?

Patching to english is generally for Rom's.

I thought there was a patch for the actual ISO though? That you needed an actual copy of the game and an actual PSP to patch it?

Besides, ive searched and searched and i can never find an ISO for BBSFM anyway, and it takes too long to download.

I found one and i tried patching it. I was just too complicated. So I'm thinking of playing it in Japanese for the time being.

There's this patching software you have to download, then there's the patch. Next, you have to take the iso and i think use a separate program to divide it. Then you apply the patch, put it back together and then run it. also you have to make sure that all the parts are correctly labelled and are in the same folder, even with that, it may not work because the patch could be out of date, or the software can't find the iso or the patch is incompatible. on top of that it can take hours, without making any progress.

I also found a patched version but It doesn't run on my PSP 3000.

I think i might have the iso, and the patch on my hard drive still

Patching sounds. . . like a greater hassle than it's really worth.  I'd definitely see about getting that English version instead. ;)
