Question about the 3 new KH games

OK, so I have some questions of the new KH games about to come out. So, will the 2 unknown named KH games come before or after KH3. And will KH3 come out because I heard that Tetsuya Nourma said that the development of KH3 will depend on a Final Fantasy game. If someone can awnser these questions, I would really apreciate it.
