In Final Fantasy XIII, when do I unlock CRYSTARIUM Stage 9? I'm currently in chapter eleven, and am in progress of stage 8 of the Crystarium. 

Pretty much when you finish each chapter of the game, you earn a new crystarium stage. So once you're done chapter 11, I think.

Also, before you post another thread of you unlock the last stage, Stage 10/Level 5, after you beat the final boss. Its the stage that lets you max out your characters and make them SO MUCH STRONGER. I recommend unlocking that stage first before doing the harder cieth stone missions.
